Awful experience. Please don't go there. They left me out in the street in the middle of the night and had trouble to find alternative accommodation. I couldn't check in and they refuse to reimburse my money

The service we were given when asking for a credit or refund after global travel restrictions were announced was terrible. This establishment is more concerned with taking your money than doing the honorable thing after guests were prevented from travelling. Greedy and without compassion and understanding. Unbelievable.

Don't judge a book by its cover !!! Stood outside looking at the building and I thought "what have we booked" Rang the bell and was warmly welcomed. Up a flight of stairs and shown the room, what a surprise. Large rooms ensuite, comfortable beds and extremely clean and fresh. Toiletries not supplied except for soap for the hand basin but if you ask they will give you some and you also have to ask for a hairdryer if needed. Tea and coffe making facilities in room. Breakfast not included but plenty of places nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.

Clean, serviceable, quiet and comfy. Bargain! Polite staff, easy to check in, close to the amenities in the local area. No breakfast but when in london, there's plenty of places to get fed. All in all, would recommend.
