Very comfortable beds and stay. Great tea/coffee facilities in the room. Excellent sound proofing. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast - well worth adding the option. Carpet a little tired; but that's true of most hotels.

A decent location, a beautiful hotel and the room was very snazzy! PLUS they upgraded us to a suite for FREE for my partners Birthday. A huge bed, a huge TV, stunning bathroom - lots of space to relax. Faultless. Thoroughly recommend!

Upside Large Comfy bed in suites Huge bath for two Clean Ice and ice buckets on landing Not far from central London Downside Constant noises. Sink making loud drainage noise through out the night. Toilet constantly flushing. Drayman - Loud If the noise didn't wake us up it would have been a mush better sleep

This is a very nice and friendly hotel, well situated in London and with convenient parking although the parking is limited, it is still free for paying guests. The room was clean and ready on time. The room service was fairly quick and efficient too.

Great hotel in a well located quiet area with good parking. Friendly staff, well fitted rooms and great breakfast. A bit more detail to cleanliness and other basics and it would rate as excellent. Will stay here again.
