The newly refurbished Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel reopened in January 2023. Following an extensive refurbishment, the stylish rooms are located across Cambridge Place and King Street with a choice from compact single bedrooms to superior double rooms. This boutique bolt-hole is centrally located in Hammersmith. The comfortable accommodation includes crisp white linen beds, choice of pillows, sustainable toiletries, bathrooms with showers, air-conditioning and a light snack box to go each morning. Pre-register prior to arrival and access your room key online or collect from reception in Cambridge Place before relaxing in your room. For guests on a leisure break, there are a range of shops on the doorstep including Primark, IKEA, the Broadway Shopping Centre or take the Piccadilly line from Hammersmith underground to Leicester Square in 20 minutes. In the evening attend a show at the Hammersmith Lyric or Hammersmith Apollo. For the business person, the location in Hammersmith is accessible to central London, Brentford, Hammersmith Park, Charing Cross Hospital or exhibitions at London Olympia. Had a fantastic stay last night, the staff were all excellent and so welcoming and a credit to the hotel.
Our room was first floor and a disabled room with the biggest bathroom I have ever seen! Air con was mostvwelcome for this current heatwave and the amenities were great. Beware the hairdryer in room 121 though as it glowed like hell after seconds of use and cut out (presumably due to overheating) but this was the only issue. The breakfast box was perfect with a good mix of items, packed beautifully and delivered with a smile. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again! Thank you for making our visit to London so complete.

Everything was pleasing about this hotel. Good reception experience (Melisa was very friendly) and impressive public areas. Room was perhaps smaller than you might expect in a typical "Best Western" but well-appointed with lots of neat touches (little stud lights, for example.) The bathroom was spotlessly clean and everything worked well. Telly a bit small, but, hey... you're not in London to watch TV are you? Nearby is Wetherspoons and 3 shopping malls to choose from. I grabbed a good rate too. Would definitely recommend this place. Neat.

Dear Guest Thank you for your wonderful feedback and there is nothing more encouraging when guests take time out to mention staff by name . It only means that the person must have gone out of their way to make the stay memorable. I will pass your comment to Melisa and I am very pleased that she got mentioned because she was the employee of the month. We certainly look forward to welcome you back. Regards Ronnie

The hotel is in an excellent area for transportation and next to M&S, PRIMARK & TK MAXX bars, cafes and no end of places to eat and shop.
Together with this it should be taken into consideration that the hotel is situated on busy high street. Therefore if you are like me and need a quiet room you will have to ask for a room at the back of the hotel otherwise you will be bothered by traffic noise. The first night was awful, the second night I was moved to a different room which was perfect.
Breakfast choices were good. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are ridiculously small. We had to be moved from the first room we got as the smell from the toilets was unbearable.

Second room was extremely small like the first.
The pillows were stained and so were the replacements we received after complaining.
Our room was "cleaned" on the second day with some of our stuff including toothbrushes still on the bed under the quilt that had been tucked under.
I had removed one of the bed cushion covers as the stains were so bad and when we got back it had just been put back on.
Towels in the bathroom also dirty with lipstick and mascara on them.

Dear Guest Thank you for your feedback and can I apologise most profusely with regards to the state of the room. To be honest this is the first time I have heard comments about the cleanliness to be this bad. The experience you encountered is totally unacceptable and i will be speaking to the Housekeeping team this morning. Please do give us another opportunity to show that this was perhaps a one off. Me and my husband stayed here for convenience as his work was near. We arrived late at night and were tired, Aranit was really warm and welcoming. We needed iron board and iron realised when we reached or room, we called reception and we had the items within 5minutes (bearing in mind we were in a different building from the reception). The hotel itself the shower is very powerful and spacious, the bed was comfortable, although the bed turned out to be a small double bed so when booking make sure Ur aware of the size of the bed

Too bad google doesn't allow to put no stars. I'm not going to be long in describing why you should avoid this place (as you would do with coronavirus), because if there would be anyone that, despite all the bad reviews, would decide to go there anyway, he would just realize himself the mistake and regret to not have trusted all the reviews. Long story short: standard rooms (which represent the 85% of the rooms) are a nightmare, cold and broken air conditioning in all rooms, incredibly smelly, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty moquette, dirty walls, broken beds, no sound proof at all, rooms at the last floor have no windows (I have switched room 3 times, same problems all the times), and I could continue for long. Do not even think of getting help from the staff (unprepared and useless) and in any case at all from the Hotel Manager, which is a small and very rude person (he has been able to shout out loud to us in front of other customers because we complained about the rooms), who instead of listening to your problem, will try to shut your mouth, shouting to you and menacing to kick you out of the hotel or coming head to head with you if you don't ask for sorry (as it happened with us and weirdly the same day with another couple who came for work). I have never experienced such a nightmare in a Hotel (could you believe it's classified 4 stars???), but since I recorded everything, I will now sue the Hotel Manager, hoping that this could help in changing positively the path. In the meantime I suggest everyone to avoid this place and in general the brand Seraphine at all.

We stayed here when we saw Pulp at the Hammersmith Apollo. As I have mobility issues I had contacted the hotel before arrival and was assured we would be staying in the part of the hotel with lift access. When I arrived we were given an upgrade by Aramit to an accessibile room with handrails & a wet room bathroom.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean, good hot shower & bed was comfortable. No issues with noise from the busy street outside.
Kettle, tea & coffee are provided-a small fridge would be useful, there was nowhere to keep the perishable food I had brought with me. The boxed breakfast is very carb-heavy so I didn't indulge, husband tucked in happily though.
The hotel is close to the underground and Hammersmith Apollo plus there is a good mix of shops & eateries nearby. I would stay here again.

Close to the metro with a 6/7 minute walk and several lines this hotel is a good place for your stay in London. With a complimentary breakfast as a surprise, which is basic, but it is better than no breakfast. The beds are good, not that much noise from the street at the front at first floor and the shower is great. Iron is not the best, but it works good. Wifi can be sometimes little bit slow. I can recommend this place.

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The reception staff (Aranit on arrival, didn’t catch the name of the guy in the morning) were extremely welcoming and friendly. My room was large and very tastefully decorated, and although I was initially concerned it might be noisy due to its location on Kings Street, I have to say that this was not an issue at all and I slept perfectly! I would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a hotel in the area.
