    Will definitely use this hotel again. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was spotless as was bathroom. Good idea to have Ecco option which means a bottle of wine brought to room in place of housekeeping for 1 day.

    Great stay
    We selected this hotel because our Evan Evans Stonehenge tour bus left from this hotel. We weren't expecting to have such a nice stay! The location is great with breakfast restaurants just across the street and a large number of dinner restaurants nearby to choose from. A stone's throw from Victoria Station. I wish I had theater tickets as two theaters were a very short walk away. Buckingham Palace was nearby. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was clean and comfortable.…

    I left my headphones charging in the room by mistake. I went back to ask for them but no help was given, I was told to send them an email and maybe they would get sent to me in the post. I was about to head to the airport and go back to my country, I had no headphones for my journey. I was surprised that they could not just go and get them for me. …

    Hi, I have booked three rooms in coming August. If we arrive your hotel before check in time, can we leave the luggages at hotel?
    Definitely! If you would like to freshen up upon arrival u could check possibility of a shower at the gym.

    This seems like a quieter neighbourhood. Are there plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby? Breakfast places etc?
    Yes it is , you have mix of different restaurants and cafés I don't know about quite neighbor. But good area .

    Do the rooms have tea/coffee making facilities? Specifically I need an electric kettle. Do the rooms have mini fridges as well?
    Rooms do have tea/coffee making facilities. They have no fridge, only a mini bar, which possibly could be used, but I've never needed to try it.
