This is a budget hotel in an ideal location for many attractions. Close to the tube station so it opens up London. As far as the hotel goes it is basic. It's clean and the staff are helpful. If you are visiting London and cost is an issue it is perfectly useful. Don't be put off by other reviews it's...

I thought I got an excellent deal when I booked for this hotel. 3 star ratings in an excellent location with very good price. I was wrong in fact. It is not that this hotel is terrible, but there is nothing special with this hotel. The rooms are quite small and the reception is not the most helpful people around....

The location is good and very near to the Earl's Court Tube Station. However, the hotel needs lots of uplift and maintenance. The bed needs replacement and the staffs are just so-so. Nothing special and not absolutely helpful. I stayed here because of the very reasonable pricing and due to its proximity to the tube station. Other than that, I...

It's cheap compared to London standards. And so is the interior. A bed cramped into a small compartment, a bath where it's hard to turn around, a small shower. It does its job: you have a bed and a bath in London, not far away from City center for not that much money. So I shouldn't complain. It was clean,...

Me and the other half along with another couple stayed for nye. Got charged £400 for a box with 2 beds in it. Staff didnt even speak to us. Clean, warm and convenient location right next to Earls Court station. Also close to restaurants. I found this to be a safe and quiet location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room quite small but was fine for our 2 night stay. I am a light sleeper so woke up to a few sounds such as the lift moving up and down...

I spend 3 night at this hotel. It is not a luxury hotel but it is cozy. The receptionist is nice but not very talkative. The housekeeping woke me up the first day even if I didn't put the "clean my room please" but he said he was sorry. The neighborhood is very good a lot of restaurants and earls...

Thank you for your question. I can assure you that we do not have bed bugs at the Lord Kensington. The guest who left the review regarding bed bugs came to us on the day she checked out saying that her child had been bitten and that she wanted a full refund. We said that we would get our pest control company in immediately to check the room and would be in touch with her later that day. The pest control company could not find any signs of bed bugs and we have a certificate that proves this, which I offered to send to the guest. She decided to write the review about bed bugs, even though I had already told her that we definitely did not have them. I can assure you that we have not had a case of bed bugs for years and that your group really do not need to be concerned. Unfortunately, it is impossible to control what people write in their reviews, even when they give false information. What is your date of arrival? We look forward to welcoming you to the Lord Kensington very soon.

Sorry it's taken me so long to answer. To my knowledge, that room is the only one that way due to the limitations of old Victorian townhomes when you refurbish them. The triples differ depending on size; some are 3 singles, some are a double and single.

Hi,

Thank you for your message.

Our lift services all floors however when you take the lift to the fourth floor, you will still need to walk up several steps to reach the floor.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a small fridge for your room. However you would be more than welcome to store a few food items in our main fridge.

If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
