We are becoming real Holiday Inn Europe users but this particular hotel is not as fabulous as some of the others. We found our room to be tight and needing a plumbing update. As a gold member of the points group - we usually get some extras which were not forthcoming (like slippers, robes and terrific amenities in the bath)....

Stayed for 2 nights in a twin room. Great view of the BT tower. Was nice to have windows that open for fresh air. Didnt need the ear plugs that they provide as i love the city noise. Adjustable radiator if cold and cool air blower if hot. Voile panel curtains for privacy aswell as curtains. Desk (with drawers) and...

The hotel was well located, good room with everything at hand. Breakfast well provided. The restaurant is something else, good service from the staff, reservations were acepted, but the menu was less...

Great spot near multiple Tube stops within a few minutes walk, plus food options nearby and bar/restaurant in the hotel if the weather outside is inclement. Room was on executive level and was perfectly adequate for a Holiday Inn, had everything needed. Bathroom was on the small side but perfectly functional. Breakfast room had lots of options, and bar had...

We needed a central location for two events we were attending in London. Wanted to be within walking distance of the venues and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. Reasonable parking fee for central London. Nice size room, good breakfast.

We booked to this hotel due to two main reasons : its location and a trade name. The hotel's location: near four underground stations and nearby to Oxford street and also this hotel is a part of Holiday inn network. When we arrived it was a very cold day, the reception was quick and we went to our room, which...

A few years since the last remodel, but clean and functional. It is a short walk to two or three Tube stations. The hotel heating worked well. I didn't have breakfast since it was an additional cost. This is a good place to stay if it's your first time visiting London, as you can get to nearly any tourist attraction...

Hotel is well presented..clean and traditional looking. We were on the fourth floor and was pretty quiet. Room was small..especially the bathroom..and definitely the bed!
