Great hotel with fabulous staff. Only here for one night. The Reception staff were really friendly and efficient. The hotel room was spacious with everything I needed including iron and ironing board and all was spotlessly clean. And - the windows opened which is a real bonus these days. All in all - a great place and a good price.

Really nice hotel, I will definitely use this place again when visiting arpund this area of London. Super clean, great room. In a nice quiet area of London too, wasn't woken up once which made a nice change in London!

WOW, this hotel was lovely as soon as we arrived we where welcomed with big smiles and laughs the room was spotless and with a little note got extra coffee so thank you. However Gwen from breakfast made our mornings, she has such a beautiful, happy personality and was always smiling even when we saw her after she finished shift. We had dinner here and the burgers where incredible and was so much better than going out for dinner but £4.50 for a coke that was WAY over the top so we just had to stick to water.

Although not in the very center it is very well located near The British Museum, Camden town and more. Great Portland Street tube station a couple of hundred meters away will take you everywhere and there are several good ethnik restaurants and pubs in the imm. neighborhood. The problem lies in its appearance: new carpets and doors in the corridors will perform magic and the breakfast room/bar/lobby looks like a design accident from the 1970th. The corner rooms in each floor are not fit for guests and may be could be used as floor lobby. Staff is courteous and helpful.

Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park hotel was a great hotel with fabulous staff. All the reception staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel has a good location to many sites and close (2 min walk) to the underground. We had a premium double room (650) which was refurbished, but still seemed a little small, warn and dirty. The general state of the hotel was older and refurbished, but also a bit dirty/ stained in the common areas. With that said, it was still a pretty good hotel for the price, and we felt comfortable in our room. The biggest complaint would be that the room was very dark and nowhere near enough lighting. We ahd all the lights and the TV on and it was still too dark to really see. There is a need for additional lighting in the room. Room rate could be a little bit cheaper, but I can recommend this property! Would definitely choose this hotel or holiday inn again. …

Stayed for 2 nights recently as had an appointment in Harley Street, which is nearby. I booked this hotel as it was close to Euston train station and about a 10-15 minute walk to the bottom of Harley Street and I thought the price was reasonable for London. It was very clean and comfortable, we had a standard double room. Huge TV! Tea and coffee in room. We were not troubled by any noise. We found the food at breakfast and in the evening bar to be good. Helpful staff. Will be back as have to attend again in the New Year.

2 night break, myself and my husband. Great room (104). Little noisy with the sound of water, like a shower running constantly! Woke me early in the morning. Ear plugs are available. Free drinks soft and hot drinks. Snacks which were replenished Breakfast plentiful and lots of variety. 2 minute walk from the tube station. Staff are kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely choose this hotel or holiday inn again.

Stayed for 3 nights. As one of us is disabled we had asked when booking for an accessible room with a walk in shower. When we got to the room it was accessible but the bathroom was unacceptable. The shower was located over the bath. Yes there were grab rails but how someone in a wheelchair would manage is beyond me. The bathroom was plenty big enough to accommodate a wet room. We Complained and were moved to a room with a walk in shower. Breakfast is self service but is bedlam. Noisy and difficulty getting a table. And again from a disabled person viewpoint very challenging to get round. On the plus side is on site parking and location.

Such a friendly hotel from receptionist onwards all the staff smiling friendly there to help if you need anything. Beds so comfy with plenty of good pillows. extremely clean hotel rooms very tidy and clean. Breakfast very plentiful you could have anything you liked. You could order any sort of egg you liked and it was brought to your table. The restaurant had plenty of tables no queues for anything. Plenty of lifts as well. Will definately stay again. Also walking distance to most places.
