I booked the property via Booking.com. The fact that we were to be accommodated in a lower ground floor room was not obvious. The room itself showed evidence of damp and stains on the walls and cushions. There were two doors to the outside, behind one of which was a very noisy air conditioning unit and behind another a fire escape and bins. The bed for adults was comically small. The staff seemed more concerned with being right about the small print than with guest satisfaction. I was offered a different room but only for the next day, and I could not see it before agreeing to the switch. This property does not merit the high rating it has received on this site or on booking.com and is definitely not worth the money. Avoid.

I brought my 2 girls to London to watch Hamilton and needed somewhere convenient and absolutely safe for the 5 days we were there sans husband. Our apt (#3) was small but perfect. Fellow guests were quiet and discreet and the exclusive neighborhood in the royal borough was secure and serene. High Street was at our doorstep and so was food (Whole Foods, Marks and Spencer Foodhall) and the tube station. The best part was the reception team at B’shan. We can’t speak better of Mohamed and the wonderful, Merehan, who always attended to everything perfectly. We had a small issue with a package that failed to arrive in our 5-day stay and Merehan kindly helped us resolve this. Kudos! And thank you for the wonderful stay.

We had a big appartement for 8 persons on the top floor. Perfect location, close to bus stops and the tube. Quiet but at the same time very central. Close to Notthing Hill, restaurants and shopping. Would very much like to stay there another time.

We were a couple staying there for 3 nights. My girlfriend have been bitten 2 nights in a row. On the first night we believed it was an allergy, but after the second night, the pharmacist told us it was definetly bedbugs. I then checked the bed and indeed find some bedbugs in it. We changed of room. The new room which was nicer but downstairs, was so noisy, that i barely sleep. Therefore after the 3rd night in, we asked the manager to be cash back for the first 2 nights where my girlfriend have been bitten. They refused, i insist, but they didnt want to cash back anything. We were disgusted by their behaviour. I don't recommend this place, as my experience there was really bad.
