Hotel's Favourite
We had the most fantastic long weekend staying here. The decor is absolutely beautiful, very modern and well thought out in terms of accessibility. I didn’t encounter any problems with access, as a wheelchair user, the corridors were wide, there was so much SPACE and just lovely to explore. Although we didn’t use the gym downstairs, it was fitted out with everything you could possibly want or need. We stayed in the Accessible studio apartment and it was stunning. I’ve never stayed anywhere that thought about design AND accessibility. It did not look like a hospital room (like many disabled access hotel rooms do), but instead like a show room. There were emergency cords where needed, the bathroom was enormous with plenty of space to wheel about. It was kitted out with an entire SMEG kitchen which as a really nice touch, wheel under sinks, fridge, dishwasher etc. Eric made sure we had everything we needed, including dishwasher tablets, fairy liquid, and when we ran out of milk and coffee, within seconds of me asking via WhatsApp, Eric was at the door with what we needed. The bedroom was perfect, huge comfy bed at a good height with TV to relax after a busy day, lots and lots of storage which we appreciated and little treats like biscuits and nespresso pods to just give it that extra touch. The view was beautiful. You can spot lots of the famous sights from the rooms large window, including the Shard, Gherkin, Tower Bridge etc. and all of the heating, lights, blinds etc are controlled by little electric panels on the walls with buttons - felt very cool! We ordered room service on one night and it was lovely - lots of choices and very well priced - much cheaper than a deliveroo and organic/local produce too. The location was brilliant. Just off the main road but as it’s so well insulated we couldn’t hear a thing even with the Chinese New Year celebrations going on. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the apartment which was great. Thank you Eric, Julia and Luis! You made our stay so enjoyable and we will definitely be back. Emily and Ricardo

Excellent stay at this hotel. Location is excellent. Walkable to so many great places nearby, Spitalfields Market, Shoreditch local businesses (wonderful little shops with fun things to buy), Brick Lane, Tower of London, Roman Wall, Jack the Ripper Museum, Barbican Conservatory (make reservations early!), and such good local eateries like Bubala's ~ fantastic out of this world middle eastern, Som Saa ~ best Thai that I've ever had and don't come here if you're looking for pad-thai!, Gunpowder ~ excellent indian, Pachamama ~ Peruvian Chinese with to-die-for Ceviches, Beigel Bake ~ THE best salted beef & beigel, and the gherkins are so so good, Tayyabs ~ need I say more, Dishoom ~ yet another awesome Indian place, Burro e Salvia ~ lovely handmade pasta with a great wine collection (reservations required for most of them). If you feel up to it, even Nobu is around the corner. Remember to stop by Bricklane Bookstore and support the local bookstore, and other local businesses. When in Shoreditch, remember to look around, all over, up the rooftops, plenty of street artists have made their mark, such as Adrian Boswell (of broccoli fame), Golden Eggs by Paul Couve, Christiaan Nagel's shrooms up on the rooftops. If you're lucky like us, you might even spot a Banksy! The Underground station is just a few blocks away - East Aldgate Station, and also still within Zone 1, so you will get a Zone 1 pricing even when traveling to West London for the other attractions, most times it takes us just 30 minutes to get to anywhere in West London like the National Gallery, St Paul's, St James Park, Westminster, Regents Park, Theaters by Victoria Station, just hop on the District Line and you're set! Tip: If you have under-15 travelers, get the Youth Oyster pass via the staff at the underground. you get half-off public transit rates, an amazing deal. You can also get the bus directly outside the hotel - just use Google maps or the tfl app to find directions via public transit to get to your destination. Convenience stores like MacroCenter and NisaLocal are close by and open late, so you can stop by for a night snack, or pick up fruits, vegetables, fresh breads for your hungry family. Both stores have really friendly staff. The hotel itself is wonderful. Internal layout really well thought out, with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds (nice and firm!), on-site laundry facilities. In terms of customer service, would like to recognize the wonderful staff: Serina Forys and her team: Suanny, Julia, Leah, Tugberk. They are so attentive and can solve any problem or answer any question you throw at them. It's not often you get such an amazing hotel team, and I saw this at the hotel, they worked very well together and every time I am downstairs at the lobby they are helping guests out with all sorts of questions and requests. Dear Mr Ahmet Duzenli, please help me recognize this hotel team, as they are phenomenal.

Family of 4 with 2 teens. We stayed in 2 rooms. We loved the modern, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and well-appointed kitchenettes. The laundry facilities were very convenient. Laundry soap was even provided! Close to Brick Lane, Spitalfields Market, Aldgate East, restaurants (Effes, Tayyasb, Pizza Union), and many grocery marts. Top notch service. We arrived sleep deprived and exhausted. Many thanks to Faheem who was able to get us in one of our rooms early.

We were very impressed with the design of the hotel. The room is on the smaller side but it is well equipped and with many thoughtful design elements so we don't feel cramped at all. The public area is modern and the breakfast has great selection of food.

Great aparthotel. Had everything we needed. A little cozy for a family of 4, but we made it work. One bus or underground to downtown. Close to grocery stores and Spitalfields Market which is worth checking out.

Stayed at Wilde Aldgate for 2 nights last week for my birthday as we were going to the theatre. It is about 5 minute walk from Aldgate East underground and easy to find. The area is a bit “ undesirable” looking if you don’t know it but we stay in Whitechapel a lot so know the area pretty well. The room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we went off up Brick Lane for some street food so it wasn’t a problem. We were greeted by a lovely girl who said she had left us a surprise in our room for my birthday, sure enough there was a bottle of bubbly waiting for us. The room was lovely on the 4th floor overlooking the road, massive bed, all Smeg appliances, toiletries, hairdryer, iron and ironing board all supplied. Touch control lighting and blinds which were a nice touch. Bed was amazingly comfy as were the pillows. Crisps, nuts, mini brownies, fridge filled with bottled water and cans of fizzy flavoured water are complimentary and another really impressive nice touch. Nespresso coffee machine with pods. Bathroom spotless and rainfall shower is lovely, my only criticism would be the bathroom is tiny and I had to put my toiletry bag on the floor but that’s just something I’m fussy about. All in all a brilliant stay at Wilde, staff very friendly and attentive, rooms lovely and comfortable and not far from tube to get around London. Will definitely stay here again, we also might try Covent Garden at some point. Thank you for making my birthday special
