Stayed for 9 nights recently. I was contemplating other options nearby but chose this at the end. I wasn't wrong. The location is perfect. Next to the tube, next to Hyde Park, next to Oxford Street and Supermarket as well. I cannot ask for more. The customer service is also extremely good. Not just the reception counter, but the cleaners, the bellboys, the restaurant staff, and the doorkeepers, all served with a smile and ever ready to assist. The room is well-furnished and just the right size. There is also a very nice indoor swimming with a steam room available as well. And the gym is well-equipped. Very convenient, especially when the weather is a bit too cold to do outdoor exercises. All in all, I would say this hotel is perfect. Will come back again if i were to stay on business trips in future.

We had a great 5-night stay to celebrate my birthday and do some sightseeing, we had been before and had never been disappointed with this hotel. From check-in with Magdelena who was lovely (many thanks for the upgrade) to check out all went very well. The rooms are spacious, beds very comfortable, and the bathrooms excellent. The Executive lounge had good food and drink offerings throughout the day. All of the staff were first class, helpful, and polite. we will beback

My daughter in law and I went for afternoon tea today ( 24/2/24). It was the very best one we have had, the sandwiches were like nothing I have seen so far, exquisite. Service and staff were wonderful. If you want afternoon tea with a difference this is the place to go.

Hotel is beautifully decorated and well kept. Rooms are spacious with good aesthetic. The bathroom is super elegant and beautiful with all the marble. The Hotel has good facilities. The fitness centre is not very spacious but well equipped. The spa was good but such a shame did not have a jacuzzi and sauna to be a more complete experience. We would recommend to have water dispenser near the pool (instead of having to grab from the gym) and more sun loungers (only 4x currently). Check in was not a pleasant experience. We arrived earlier so the room was not ready which was totally fine and not an issue at all as we wanted to have late lunch in the restaurant so we could wait there. Before heading to the restaurant we completed the lengthy check-in (that took around 20min) and she told us that later on only needed to grab the room keys/card. The issue was that when we come back from the restaurant at 4pm the other staff said that needed to check us in, we obviously said that was already done that but she added that needed to do the final checks and check the room etc…and this was another 10min. We already been in many 5 stars Hotels in the area of London, Europe and Worldwide, and this was the most desorganised and lengthy check-in we ever had. Aside of that, Staff is friendly and approachable. The concierge team and the doorman was super attentive and lovely. Good hotel but a few things could be improved to make our stay memorable and 5 starts worthy.

Visited this hotel for afternoon tea for a birthday celebration. We were greeted by a lovely gentleman called Vivian who was very friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome. He was able to explain to us in great detail about the different delicacies and teas that was included in our afternoon tea. Would highly recommend booking this afternoon tea. Vivian is a great asset to the hotel!

From the moment we arrived at the Marriott Park Lane, we knew we were in for a treat. We were greeted early in the morning by Carmela at the front desk. She was a delight, couldn't have been more helpful, then led us to the Executive Lounge to wait for our room to be ready. Every day that we saw Carmela after our initial meeting, she made a point of asking if things were going well and if we needed anything. Our room was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our week's stay. Extra pillows and towels were brought minutes after we requested them. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was constantly well stocked and gorgeous, with a walk in shower large enough for a group! The food in the Executive Lounge was outstanding. There were many breakfast selections, the afternoon "tea" was lovely, and the dinner selections were different every night, always with several to choose from. The presentation of the food was always lovely, the lounge was beautiful and never crowded, and the service from Silvana, Vrinda, and Marta was always extremely polite. The people at the concierge desk were very helpful - Antony and all the others whose names I forgot to ask, were always available to answer questions. The Marble Arch tube station was on the same block as the hotel, which made it very easy to get around the city. Selfridges and John Lewis and many other stores on Oxford Street were just a short walk away, and the buses were available on Oxford Street constantly. We hopped on and off the buses and the tube using the week's Oyster cards which we purchased at the tube station at Heathrow. We enjoy traveling by the tube, which is so very well marked, making it easy to get around the city. We highly recommend the Marriott Park Lane - it was a great place to spend a lovely week in London - and we didn't even have any rain the entire week!

I stayed at the Marriott on Park Lane for one night as a single traveler. The service was superb. They allowed me to check into my room after I arrived in London at 9 am after a red eye flight and offered me a coffee in the lobby while I waited for the room to be ready. The spa pool and steam room was beautiful and quiet. The hotel room was everything I needed it to be (comfortable bed, turn down service, slippers, nespresso machine, robes, marble bathroom, heated towel rack, minibar, thoughtful toiletries and amenities — I even used the sewing kit provided in the room when a button popped off my coat). It would have been a small space for two people, but that wasn’t an issue for me since I was traveling alone. The location of the hotel was great, too, and the staff was attentive, always opening the door for me as I was coming and going. It was just a really nice experience. A luxury hotel at half of the price of some of its neighbors. I’d highly recommend it.

Very nice for a Marriott - building layout is older and felt like a small boutique hotel. Gym was decent - access to steam room in pool area was great. Room was comfortable. Pillows were unfortunately too soft as always. Their toiletries are awful and have that spicy cologne scent that is all over London the past few years. Something more neutral/fresh/herbal/citrus would be much better. Not everybody wants to smell like sleazy old man. The breakfast team in Lanes (Marie and the Indian gentleman) were really nice and friendly. The breakfast and dinner offering in Lanes was not bad. All staff encountered were professional and on brand.
