Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic location. Lovely staff. Really comfortable. Incredibly clean. We'll definitely return! Trip advisor are asking for a minimum of 200 words which is a bit meh as I've said all I wanted. A wonderful and honest hotel

Spent 4 days at this hotel in Hammersmith area. Room was clean, manager very helpful and readily available (previous guest had locked the safe so we were unable to open, resolved within 5 minutes). Stayed on the top floor - climbing the stairs was a challenge, so book rooms on the lower floors unless you are young and full of energy! Had a very good stay, room and bathroom was clean and well serviced, hotel is close to the underground so getting in/out of London was no problem. Overall no travel issues as we did all the tourist things during our 4 day stay! Dave & Jenny South Africa

We stayed at the hotel for two nights when in London for the tennis , the hotel was excellent for its' price range , the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is so convenient for transport. We will certainly use it again when we are in this part of London. We found a new favourite London pub just a short walk away by the river and and a great Indian restaurant nearby.

We had a family room for 4. Room was spacious and super clean. Bathroom was small, but also super clean. Cleaning and new towels every day. Despite being a small house, checkin was no issue around midnight. Great location, 2 mins walk to Hammersmith station. Same 2 mins to shops. The room also had a tiny fridge on top of the promised amenities. Website pictures are a little highlighted. Well done. 2 stars definitely underrated. I'd say best value for money, no wonder they are fully booked. Would return anytime.

This was our second stay at the Adria and it didn't disappoint. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Very friendly staff, too. Ideally located for 02 Apollo, Hammersmith, and about 25 minutes away from Central London on the tube. Highly recommended.

Adria Hotel was very accommodating during the Covid pandemic. We originally were booked twice in 2021, & the hotel staff allowed me to change the reservation at least 3 times. I am very appreciative of their flexibility & would stay at this lovely hotel again, It was centrally located & accessible to many attractions, restaurants, & shops. Hotel was very clean & staff were so helpful.

This was my 2nd stay at Hotel Adria, both for hospital visits. The first stay was ok, I had a room downstairs with a double bed, decent sized room and apart from the paper thin walls it was a quiet night and I got jutmst about enough sleep, despite the bed being a bit hard for me and uncomfortable. The room was plenty big enough, plus staff were pleasant and welcoming. This time I had to book my room last minute due to needing hospital treatment nearby. I was placed in room 405, this was a small room with a single bed which was fine travelling solo and the bed was actually much comfier than the double downstairs. The main issues were the fairly strong smell of ?damp and the kettle being scaly inside. There is a wooden ceiling in the bathroom and the smell was worse in there so I guess that that's where it was coming from. The kettle needed a good de-scaling, there was limescale build up and floaty bits inside which weren't coming out very easily so I didn't fancy using it. I went to sleep quite late as I could hear next door talking and woke at 4.45am due to traffic sounds, I understand that not a lot can be done about this unless a lot money was spent. Window in bathroom didn't seem to close properly adding the the noise. Smart TV was a great bonus as I could watch netflix plus there is free WiFi usage. Rooms look as they do in the hotel photos but just close up there is a lot of wear and tear which could do with sorting. No breakfast option available during either stay but I've read a recent review which says a guest had breakfast so not sure what's going on there? The staff were again very welcoming and pleasant during this stay and I would have mentioned the issues on leaving but I wasn't asked how things were. I would probably stay again if desperate as it's a good price for the location and I can't fault the staff, but would shop around first before booking.
