Stayed for 4 nights. Usually go to another hotel but tried the Central instead. Glad I did. It’s basic but clean and surprisingly quiet. I had a room on the third floor bit twisty while carry my rucksack but apart from that nothing to complain about. Will book for my 2024 visit!

So, firstly the location is excellent if you need St Pancras or King’s Cross. As a hotel it really is very basic. The beds don’t feel great - a bit lumpy. No lift so had to carry luggage although the receptionist offered to help with them. The door to the bathroom won’t shut as the bedpost is in the way. Shower dispenser is rusty. But it’s fairly clean and has what we need. We are staying 1 night so everything is fine but I wouldn’t really want to stay any longer.

Not very impressed. Didn’t realise they don’t do breakfast otherwise wouldn’t off booked there. The room was red hot and unable to open the window fully as it slides down again, had to be held up with a piece of wood. Also very small family room, would be better off with bunk beds.

A great find in an area full of little hotels. Located just a short stroll from St. Pancras rail/tube stations and excellent bus services. Friendly staff (even a cute little dog to greet you at the door!) My single ensuite room was small, but I knew in advance that it would be. Nevertheless, it was spotlessly clean and had a comfy bed. Plenty of drawer space. Couldn't fault it really, for the price. My room faced the street, which is a little noisy at night. I always travel with earplugs so it wasn't an issue for me, but if you're a light sleeper you might want to request a room to the rear of the hotel. No breakfast available, but there are plenty of places nearby. WiFi worked well. No problem to leave luggage for a few hours on my last day. I would definitely stay here again.

Booked on booking.com only to arrive at 9pm and find the hotel had cancelled it & not notified me! They tried to blame booking.com - which it wasn't. Then they lied and said it had been cancelled 5 days earlier, even though it was still live on booking.com the day before. Booking.com stated that it was cancelled on the day BY THE HOTEL!!! Would have been stranded alone in London overnight if I couldn'thave found another room close by elsewhere! No apology received. Avoid!

We stayed for 1 night before catching the eurostar from St Pancras. For this it was a very good option. Literally a couple of minutes walk from the station. Good value for money for the area. Friendly staff on reception, we were offered to leave out pushchair down there which was helpful as it saved carrying it up the stairs and also the family room was a bit snug, but still had a double bed with a single either side which worked well. Everything was very clean. The bathroom was a bit small, just a toilet and shower For what we wanted it for we were very happy with the hotel
