Very misleading listing and description of accommodation on the web. Pictures posted on this listing are not an accurate reflection of the Annex Rooms. Overpriced hovel! Took ages to check in as there were no adult staff present on check in - a child eventually checked us in! Saw the accommodation - there was 1 very small kitchen between 12...

The owner very kindly let us check in at 1am after we were delayed getting to the hotel. The rooms are very nice and cosy. Great place to stay which isn't expensive and in the city centre. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

I stayed there for a couple of days with my 2 kids. The hotel is only 5 mins away from East Acton station. I intially was worried about shared bathroom but that was not a problem at all. The bathroom was well decorated and clean. The shared kitchen was very useful, equipped with everything you will need to make a...

My sister and I stayed here one night whilst visiting my nephew. Easy to find. Very near a tube. Felt very safe. The place was very quiet and off the main road. The twin beds were incredibly comfortable and clean. Slept soundly and undisturbed. Brilliant. Kitchen was upstairs for a cup of tea in the morning. The communal light and...

We only required a couple of beds for the night, and this place was perfect. Nice clean twin room, clean shared shower room, and a communal kitchen with basic cooking equipment - not that we did any cooking. Good central location, only 10 minutes walk from nearest tube station, would definitely stay there again!

Ignore the spiteful bugger below. Nothing she has put is true. We arrive at the hotel after an hour walk from acton town station as work is being carried our on the line to east acton. The host was really friendly and kind. Showed us to are room which was all nice and clean. I advised him of the bad...

Thieves!!! Its the shadiest of places ever! ... when i walked in, the rooms...

At $108 per night, this place certainly beats the usual expensive pricing of London. It is located at the East Acton tube stop, so not exactly central, but it is at very least a short walk from the station. The check-in wasn't well orchestrated, the owners did not seem to be home, so it was a friend of theirs who...
