Dear Guest, Thank you for your review as it gives us the chance to be fully open as to your situation and ours and then future guests can either sympathise with your situation or see if you are being a little unfair in your review. You arrived on the 6th October and all was well with your stay, in fact I received no complaints from you at all and everything was well with your stay. This was after helping you with your luggage and also travel plans from Luton Airport and also upgrading you to a larger apartment free of charge. You then wrote to us on the 10th October at 11am, which was a day before you were supposed to check out on the 11th advising your flight was changed and that you want a late checkout on the 10th and also a refund for the last night. The rate you booked was a non refundable rate. I advised that we could not help due to the last minute nature of the request plus the late check out would mean that we have no possible way to relet the apartment on such a short notice, not forgetting the reservation was a non refundable rate. We advised that the guest should contact their travel insurer or the airline to cover costs that they may be able to recover/claim for, this was not good enough in their opinion. We were then threatened with a bad review if we didn't comply, I advised that this was their decision and if one was written we would simply state the facts as they were presented to us. The situation was completely out of our control and I would not be threatened with a bad review just to comply with an entitled guest. Thanks, Andrew (Manager)

A lovely studio apartment in a centrally located area, just next to Tower Bridge. I took my 2 children on a 3 day break, to sight see. A good safe location, there’s a weatherspoons opposite which is great if you fancy a full cooked breakfast in the morning before setting out. There’s also a Tesco beneath, which is fab and convenient. Underground station is few mins walk away. There’s a Big Bus Tours stop just around the corner too, if you’re thinking of buying a hop on/off ticket for a few days. Accommodation was lovely and clean, nice modern kitchen and bathroom, freeview tv with Lots of channels, great as we were coming back around 7pm so kids were happy. Apartments include towels, and are changed daily along with beds etc so that’s handy! I’d definitely return here, thanks Andrew, hoping to return to you soon x…

Dear Ian, Thank you for your glowing review! We know very well how good the location is for children as I have 2 myself. The convenience of the kitchen as well as the Tesco downstairs is so handy for snacks / breakfast and if you want a larger meal on a budget. Also with the building being gated adds an element of safety in London even though the area is very safe. We continue to improve and hope that when you do return, you will be impressed again! The appartment was clean, very well equipped and very centrally located. Underground, Tower only 5 min and station of the airport train (London City Airport) also only 5 min away. Very well organised with access code and chip. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come again.

Nice and handy to tube, rail, buses and boats. Also the Towers Bridge and Tower of London. Accommodation was cleaned and kitchen was equipped with enough items to cook meals. Has a bath and shower which was great. Handy to a Tesco store also.

This is a beautiful apartment, so clean and modern, very welcoming and comfortable. Close to most of London’s wonderful tourist attractions, walking distance to transport, London Bridge and the river Thames about 10 min walk, restaurants, bars, supermarket literally beside you. Would highly recommend this apartment, great management & communication.

We had a few issues checking in, it was only about 15 minutes after our check in time but the problem was when I reached out to Andrew to find out how long before we could get into the apartment, his cleaner told him she already left the key prior to my text. Not true, we were sitting there and watched her bring the key to the box. Should have just said she was running late, we could have accepted that but not a lie. We did have an issue with the coffee maker and Andrew sent a new one. Our big issue was the height of the bathtub, needed to create a makeshift stool so my wife could get into the tub. A small stool would have been helpful. The location was excellent and Andrew did respond quickly to questions. Definitely would recommend this apartment for its location. The biggest negative was the bathtub, if you have any mobility problems it will be very difficult to get in and out of the tub.…

Dear BackPacker, Thank you for your review. Yes, we are sorry but we were given the wrong information that was then given to you. We were happy to help you when you arrived 5 hours early with taking your luggage and letting you use the toilet. We have kept the bathtubs as the majority of our guests have young families and it is easier for them to bath than shower. Extremely comfortable sleeping areas and very well stocked kitchen. Very roomy and convenient to major sites either by walking or the Tube. Even the sofa bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and inviting. It even has a washer/dryer!

Great location as we had to go to the ExCel for 4 days. Very near DLR Line. Complete kitchen if tired of going out for meals. Very near Tesco for food and other things needed. Not a short walk but close enough to other underground stations.

Dear Salvador, Thank you for your review. The location is second to none as not only do you have great attractions on your doorstep but also within the City if travelling for work. Tower Hill and Aldgate tube stations are a 5min walk and DLR 2 mins, then you have the number 15 bus 1min away with also the River Bus 10mins away. We had a great stay (2 Adults and 2 Kids), apartment was great, everything we needed. Cooked a couple of meals for Dinner and a chance to do all the washing mid holiday! Weatherspoons Pub very close and supermarket around the corner. Location is great, two underground stations nearby and a short walk to Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Communication prior to arriving was great, no issue getting our key after hours.
