Hotel is in a great location to see London. Staff went over and above to make sure all of our needs were taken care of. A special call out to Nahid Yasin for making this a trip we will not forget. The afternoon Tea at the hotel was one of the best io have been to
Nice Hotel! Clean and well organized. Service is outstanding. Breakfast was great! There is a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel. Subway is right around the corner of the hotel which makes it easy to get around. Buckingham Palace is walking distance from the hotel.
Beautiful property but what make this place a 5 star is the service. Excellent service and very friendly staff. Great location and most attractions are walkable. They also offer a free happy hour and the wine is actually good. Our breakfast was also included.
We had a very nice stay at St. Ermin's. Entering the hotel through its courtyard, it feels as if you are at a historic hotel in the country when in fact you are in the heart of London. The location is great - close to Westminster Abbey, Parliament, the Mall, and Buckingham Palace. A tube stop is a block or two away. Plus, there are a number of enjoyable restaurants and pubs in the neighborhood. The hotel itself is clean, updated and quiet. We enjoyed all of the World War II spy intrigue that took place there. The tea was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Outstanding property Everybody works in this hotel is an absolute amazing employee up and including LLoyd Cole,Daniela Lehner from the front office and everybody else. In all my travels around the world, this Hotel is number one Thanks to all for being so kind and gracious to me and my family. I will be back soon 🔜
I traveled to UK with my two adult sons to attend a few Premier League Football games. I have literally stayed in hundreds of hotels during my career. I believe the St. Ermins is now my favorite. The staff did everything they could to make our stay memorable. I would like to recognize Cathy and Mai at the front desk who provided spectacular service. The concierge staff were also great. We will definitely be back.
We arrived in London a couple of days before our cruise out of Southampton. We were looking for a centrally located hotel and definitely found that at St. Ermin's. Upon arrival the staff was incredible, at the front desk, everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. At breakfast, we had the most incredible hostess who always had a wonderful smile and was very helpful. I would recommend the breakfast at the hotel, they offer a great variety of pastries and hot choices as well. The rooms were small, but that is expected in Europe. We booked a Junior Suite and were happy in it. The room decor was great and the housekeeping was also wonderful. If we make it back to London I would definitely stay at St. Ermin's again!
Wonderful hotel in a great location (8-10min walk to Big Ben/the Thames and Buckingham Palace, 5 min walk to St. James Park, great pubs and restaurants within walking distance-highly recommend Crumpets just down the road for morning crumpets). Service was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. Great family rooms, kids afternoon tea and special agent scavenger hunt for kids). The restaurant is great for breakfast and dinner and the terrace is perfect for a cold drink and snacks in the afternoon. Highly recommend this hotel! We will be returning!
We hadn't stayed at the St. Ermin's Hotel on my prior visit to London, but this time my husband and I checked in and settled down for a seven-night stay beginning on the final day of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. Everyone, from the front desk reception staff to the doormen to the bartenders (especially Ben) and hosts (especially Winifred), took such good care of us! The rooms are well-appointed, the daily breakfast in the lounge was hot and plentiful, and the property itself is just gorgeous. We were so sorry to leave for Heathrow at the end of our stay! And we're already looking forward to our next visit.
Absolutely lovely, luxurious hotel. The staff were beyond friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The buffet break was fab. The location, a few minutes walk from Westminster Cathedral and all the most amazing attractions, is second to none in London. We will be back.
