Our recent stay at The Peninsula London was nothing short of extraordinary! As regular guests of The Peninsula Beverly Hills, which we have always found exceptional, this stay has reminded us again of the exceptional standard of The Peninsula service.

James Fleming, the Guest Service Manager was great in ensuring all necessary arrangements were made for my son who has asthma - this included arranging for our stroller and room to be deep cleaned. He was a pleasure to liaise with during our stay and ensured we were always well taken care of.

Gavin from the concierge team truly exceeded all expectations. My son accidentally left his toy cars behind when we had already checked out and Gavin personally delivered them to our next destination which was 1 hour away - on his day off as well! This level of dedication and exceptional service is amazing.

Cormin form housekeeping also made our stay fantastic. He anticipated from our first day our daily requests were delivered throughout our stay without us even asking!

The reservations team also arranged a personalized robe for my son which he loved.
Breakfast was also arranged in our room upon our check in which was a lovely gesture.

The rooms are extremely modern, impeccably furnished and immaculately clean. We loved that the entire room is fully digitalized which was extremely convenient.

We frequently stay at Four Seasons, St. Regis & Aman, however The Peninsula London has truly set a new standard of luxury hospitality which we truly enjoyed.

I recently stayed at the grand premier park room at Peninsula London. The room’s spaciousness was exceptional, rivaling the premium suites of other high-end hotels in its class. Its design masterfully blends modernity with a touch of the classic, creating an atmosphere that’s both refreshing and timeless.

One of the most striking features was the advanced technology integrated into the room. The absence of traditional physical buttons, replaced by an iPad that controlled everything from the curtains and lights to the toilet, underscored a level of innovation that is unparalleled in my experience.

The service at the Peninsula was equally impressive. The staff provided a warm and attentive hospitality, meticulously catering to our every need with a perfect balance of presence and discretion. Although, there was a slight hiccup in the responsiveness of email inquiries and the PenChat service, which could benefit from being more timely.

The breakfast at the hotel was also unmatched, all the items we ordered were perfectly cooked and tasted amazing.

While the pricing reflects its stature as possibly the most expensive hotel in London, the Peninsula London stands out as a beacon of luxury, justifying every penny with its superior offerings and unparalleled experience. It truly eclipses other luxury hotels in the city, setting a new benchmark for opulence.

Our visit to The Peninsula London for the annual Children with Cancer UK charity fundraiser was nothing short of spectacular. Nestled near the verdant expanses of Hyde Park, this gem of a hotel redefines opulence and hospitality. Having frequented many fine establishments in the area, we were intrigued to explore this new addition to London's luxury scene, and it truly exceeded all expectations.

From the moment we stepped through its grand doors, we were met with an atmosphere of serene elegance and precision. The staff's attentiveness was exemplary, guiding us effortlessly to our destination while ensuring every detail was addressed with grace and warmth.

The courtyard—a haven for automotive enthusiasts—offered a unique glimpse of the lifestyle this hotel caters to, as a select few had their supercars discreetly showcased in close proximity. This feature, both functional and stylish, is a testament to the hotel’s meticulous design.

Our evening unfolded in the magnificent St. George's Ballroom, situated on Lower Level 4. The setting was a masterpiece of refined sophistication, seamlessly blending grandeur with comfort. Service throughout the evening was flawless, with the staff anticipating every need and executing with precision and genuine care.

While a stay at The Peninsula may remain an unattainable indulgence for us, the opportunity to attend such a meaningful and beautifully executed event was a privilege. This hotel represents the pinnacle of luxury in London and is an impeccable choice for those seeking the finest in hospitality.

Just incredible, the staff were beyond helpful and made this a fabulous experience.
Level of care and attention to detail is unmatched from any hotel in London have ever visited.
Special thanks to the lovely man on the door Jimmy who made our arrival special, felt like we arrived home after the long drive in busy traffic,
and Regiana who gave us table close to the windows where we enjoyed Wellington Arch view. The dinning lobby area is beyond luxurious.
Food was plentiful and delicious, we also enjoyed a glass of champagne on waiteress recommedation which was brilliant.
A real gem worth every penny, we can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend.

Wow, where do I begin. By far one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a very long time. Stayed in a premier room for 7 nights and it was truly worth every penny.

The level of service and attention to detail is by far some of the best. Given that this was my first time ever staying at any Peninsula property, this hotel really left a very positive impression on me. Every hotel that claims to be a Luxury 5 star hotel should be at this level.

The room is very spacious, there is a very large dressing room and and very large bathroom with a bidet (which is very hard to find in a London hotel). The bedroom has a sofa and a dinning table for two people. It is the perfect size.

The entire hotel staff is very attentive and eager to assist in any way possible. Upon arriving from the airport, I was greeted from the door by a gentleman who took me straight to the room and finished all the checking in process in the room. The whole process took less than 5 mins and my luggage promptly arrived.

I had requested for extra pillows, towels, and still water in the room. All was there in the room waiting for me with welcome amentias; fruits, chocolate, flowers, and a hand written letter.

The valet staff are very welcoming and learnt my name from the first night and addressed me by name every single morning and offered the house car.

I did not try any of the hotel restaurants but did order room service multiple times and everything I ordered was very good.

The housekeeping staff were amazing, especially Johanna. The service in the hotel is truly impeccable.

I did stay in many 5 star hotels in London but this by far is the best. I can't wait to be back. I wish all hotels who claim to be luxury and 5 stars learn from this.

I wish I could write a great review about this hotel having enjoyed their other properties but from the first phone call The Peninsula London proved to be a disaster. I called the hotel and asked to be put through to room reservation as we needed an accessible room and I prefer to speak to the hotel directly for that. The person on the other side did not introduce herself but started asking me questions about my trip so I figured out that she would assist me with this. After having to correct her about the length of our stay (22 to 27 is 5 nights, not 4 like she thought), we finally managed to book the rooms we wanted and at a correct price (the lady first quoted me the most expensive price and only when I mentioned the lower price did she acknowledged it) and I was expecting a confirmation as agreed on the phone and as customary. As I did not get one, I called the following morning and my reservation was confirmed on the phone and by mail. Imagine my surprise when I was called the same evening to tell me the room was actually not available. I also spoke to a supervisor who gave me the customary "sorry for the inconvenience" and offered us other rooms. Eventually, we decided to go somewhere else. Nothing was done to compensate us for the "inconvenience" or at least to show they care about their clients. Which by the way, the do not! A disgrace for the Peninsula group. Many other choices in London!

Great central location near the Palaces, theatre, shopping, parks, art, etc. The hotel rooms are well thought out and large in comparison to local competitors. For example the shower floor is mosaic tile so you don't fear slipping. The bathroom amenities are all you need for your stay and your onward journey. The bed was extremely comfortable and the electronics were easy to use to manage everything from the curtains, television, messages, temperature, etc. The staff was extremely helpful and discreet from the moment you alighted from your transportation to the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, bar, etc. It is a classic non US Peninsula more akin to the Paris, Shanghai, Hong Kong Peninsulas. The only areas of improvement is how the lobby is used for most dining as it has two outside entrances which makes the experience a bit chaotic, noisy, and drafty in winter and managing the clientele going to top floor bar before guests have access. Loved the rooms overlooking the park though the route is always busy and noisy. A hotel that takes care of you and your needs even before you know them.

We had the best 3 night stay at The Peninsula. We received a very warm welcome at check in along with our little dog. Our room was beautifully appointed and we were upgraded to a Grand Premier Terrace view with amazing views of the city. The technology in the room was fantastic we loved being able to adjust the intensity of the lights in each area. It was so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We thoroughly recommend this room!

Food quality was outstanding throughout the hotel even in room dining. We loved the Lobby restaurant some of the best breakfasts and lunches in London we've ever had. Canton Blue was the best Cantonese experience and definitely a rival to China Tang over at The Dorchester. Our dietary needs were taken seriously and catered for perfectly.

The spa had a lovely relaxed feel and the pool was absolutely stunning. My wife had a Holistic massage and she said it was the best experience she's had in a London spa. The therapist was highly trained with years of experience, she was even given advice following treatment.

Our stay was absolutely perfect and we did not want to leave. Will definitely be returning!

My first night at The Peninsula London has truly exceeded all expectations. I want to start by extending my heartfelt thanks to Rolf Buehlmann and the entire team for their exceptional attention to detail even before my arrival. One thing I always appreciate about The Peninsula is their dedication to personalized service—asking about your arrival time, preferences, and ensuring everything is tailored perfectly.

As a frequent guest of The Peninsula, I’ve always held The Peninsula Istanbul to the highest standard, but today, the London property has set a new benchmark. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Lara Vartanian, the Guest Relations Manager, who personally escorted me to my room after a seamless check-in process. The moment she left, I looked around and was struck by the familiar sense of luxury—this room beautifully echoes the design and sophistication of The Peninsula properties in Shanghai, Istanbul, Hong Kong, and Tokyo. The consistency in excellence across all Peninsula hotels is remarkable, and it’s one of the many reasons I remain a loyal guest.

Though I might be checking out tomorrow, I’m already looking forward to returning for another night on the 26th. The Peninsula London has truly made a lasting impression, and I can’t wait to experience it again.

We have just returned from our much anticipated stay at the shiny new Peninsula London and it was most definitely worth the wait! This luxurious new hotel is everything it claims to be and more. From the moment you walk through the grand doors you are transported into a world of spectacular opulence.

We stayed in a Grand Premier Park room and it was amazing. Floor to ceiling windows with a fantastic view of Wellington Arch. The room facilities are state of the art, and the spa setting in the bathroom is incredible!

The staff are extremely welcoming and are clearly thrilled to be able to invite guests into their hotel. Service is demonstrably paramount to the hotel’s ethos and this was evident with everyone we met. The management have instilled a culture of accountability and responsibility that is unparalleled and impressive in such a young team. Huge thanks to Marion Castillo and her guest services team who looked after us expertly in the lead up and during our stay, providing a tailored personal service that makes all the difference.

Brooklands bar and restaurant on the 8th floor are the jewel in the crown and an absolute must visit. The views across London are incredible and provide an amazing backdrop to a fabulous experience.

We will most definitely be back to enjoy the spa and wellness centre when it opens. If the rest of the hotel is anything to go by, it will be quite something to behold.
