We had a very good stay in the hotel. We would recommend this to everyone who's coming to London City. The price/quality is excellent and the location is fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for New Year's Eve, it has a great location for the Thames and the fireworks. It was crazy expensive! But it was New Year's Eve ... service was great, facilities were perfect and our upgrade meant we could use the fancy hidden away lounge - perfect when we returned in the early hours! We will return, next...

This is a very comfortable hotel which is convenient for the theatres, Covent Garden, St. Paul's, etc. We stayed In a City Double, room 449, which is at the end of the corridor. While not a big room it was comfortable with a great view of the London Eye. It was also quiet so we slept well. Breakfast was included...

This was my second visit and I was happy I chose it again. Everything was as expected and the staff is very service-minded. The room is comfortable with a huge bathroom. The food is delicious - and you get the feeling of being cared for. The concierge was helpful and everyone ensured we had a good stay!

Mostly enjoyed stay in this hotel .Only small complaint would be the noise, easily woken up seemingly by things being delivered round the back of the hotel, which really made it difficult for a good night's sleep.

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
