I stayed in this hotel for 2 days and I really stayed in hell! The front of the hotel looks convincing as soon as you get to the tiny reception your heart start pumping fast! The place smells damp everywhere, the ceilings are falling apart, broken door locks, broken toilet door locks, very old carpet that looks 40 years old....

The pictures on the website look lovely. Must have been taken from another hotel. From the minute we walked in there was a big crack in the front door. The receptionist was nice but could just about understand us. We had to ask for toilet paper although we got there at 6pm, obvious not very well set up. Our room,...

I just wanted to post a review about this horrible hotel. It was such a bad experience. Good points: * Close to Victoria Station which makes easy your traveling across London and England Bad points: * Soooo old rooms * Fire traces and not useful toilet in my friend's room * Fleas and bedbugs in the triple room beside the...

Not a great experience. As soon as possible, I had to move. Run by young girls from out of the country--with no recourse when there were problems. I did finally manage to get a refund, but that didn't compensate for moving from room to room and the bug problem!! Also, the fan and t.v. in one room didn't work, and...

I stayed at this hotel in 1996 and 1997. I do not believe they have vacuumed since. The sink was cracked. The toilet seat did not fit properly. The carpet was heavily stained, damaged, and filthy. Do not take the single room. It was a claustrophic closet with a leaky sink. I did not eat the breakfast fearing the potential hygiene...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
