Best location, right neside Harrods but on quiet street. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The four bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 8 people, woth comfortable beds and 3 good bathrooms. Toiletries provided are Molton Brown, very nice (although wash dispenser in family bathroom dod not work). Kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking and dining utensils you would require for up to 10 people, and a welcome basket with some goodies was very much appreciated.
One small issue for me was they did not respect the Do not Disturb sign that we left on the door one day. The cleaning stafc came in anyway and cleaned. We were not at home, but if we were I really do not like that they violated our request for privacy.

Booked Beaufort Gardens house and had a friendly welcome. Our appartement was on the ground floor, which was perfect for my pregnant wife and two kids. All staff has been friendly and helpful, cleaning service did a good job. Advertised as having 5 stars, but we do not agreed. Although it’s clean, it feels a bit outdated. A refurbishment would be appropriate. Location is excellent for shopping/museum visits. All in all we had a lovely couple of days, but expected a little more.

What a wonderful place! My son and I stayed here for 10 days. Staff were amazing. Our apartment had a perfect kitchen, and we were able to entertain some of our London based friends. It was absolutely lovely having our own apartment in London. We cannot say enough wonderful things about this place and most importantly the staff and concierge. Thank you thank you thank you.

This is a good location but our room…and the lobby area…was very dated and tired. The room was dark and I don’t think the cost was commensurate with the experience or service. If location is most important then you may be satisfied, but we wouldn’t return based upon our recent stay.

Upon arrival our room was not ready, though the reception staff very kindly called us when it was. We was upgraded to one of the garden apartments, which was fantastic. The apartments are spacious and very clean. They also provided a welcome pack which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay again when we visit London.

As a returning guest, I found it as appealing as before. The cleanliness (especially in these COVID times) was 100%. The staff always very helpful. The position of these apartments is perfect for just popping to the shops ie Harrods, Harvey Nichols. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and had been let down by Airbnb hosts and this totally worked in our favour and couldn't of been better. I look forward to going back.

Excellent apartment. Charming building and great location. People incredibly friendly. A great place to stay if you are looking for a house environment instead of a hotel like room. I would definitely recommend it.

Just got back from a stay with friends, we stayed in a 3 bed apartment which was lovely perfect for our group. We couldn’t have asked for more! Ideal location for Knightsbridge tube station all staff friendly and helpful apartment lovely and clean. Would recommend.

Friends recommended I stay at Beaufort House during my next visit to London. I normally stayed in hotels but never again. For the price I paid for a beautiful, comfortable, clean, elegant, bright, quiet, safe 1 bedroom apartment I would get just a small room in a hotel. This was like having my own Presidential suite! Although this trip was for business I would definately bring the family with me next time. I must say that the staff were just perfect, it felt as though I had been staying there for years, they made me feel so comfortable. Anyone that books a hotel room instead of an apartment at Beaufort House should think again!!!! My friends recommended Beaufort House to me and I will make sure I tell everyone about this. I have not one negative remark to say! Welldone!!!

I booked a stay of 1 night on the 20th November for my wife and daughter to spend a day Christmas shopping in London. During the booking process the screen went blank for around 30 seconds and I thought that their system had crashed, however the screen came back and I entered my credit card details and booked the room. This was at around 10.20 in the evening on the 10th October - the following morning I was surprised to receive a voicemail left just before midnight from Beaufort House querying whether I would be arriving that day! I immediately called them and apparently their system had booked the accommodation for the night of the 10th November -the day I made the booking!
I explained the problem but they informed me that they would be keeping my money (£309.61).
I sent an email explaining exactly what happened with their system and that there was no way I could have genuinely wanted a room for the same day - especially as the reservation was made at 10.20pm with a baby cot and arrival at 2.00pm!
They still refused to move the booking to the correct date and have kept my money whilst obviously incurring no cost.
I have now made an alternative booking with another hotel for our stay and I am trying to recover my money from the credit card company - who were surprised that their merchant had behaved in this way.

Beaufort House has a trusted booking system embedded on our webpage used by 60,000 hotels worldwide. The booking process first ask you to choose the dates of your stay, secondly confirms your booking details and informs of our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy. The third step on the booking procedure is for clients to enter their credit card details. Finally the booking is confirmed and sends an automatic e-mail with details of the reservation. Your arrival date was not the 20th, as per your review, but the 10th November. You fail to arrive on the arrival date and therefore we charged a cancellation fee. The next day to your arrival, you contacted the hotel to suggest that the problem had not been on your side but on the booking system. Your communication with the staff was most haughty. Subsequently you threaten us on an e-mail with bad reviews on Tripadvisor if we did not erase the cancellation charge applied as a consequence for your non arrival. We decided to stand by our principles and not to be intimidated. We are confident the reader will see through the rest of reviews how Beaufort House prides itself for their good commercial practices and excellent service.

Hi, it takes 5 min by foot to go to the Knightsbridge station, close to Harrods. The price depends on the season, have a look on their website, the prices are indicated. I don't know if it's fair, but it's worth it ! The apartments are quiet, clean and the crew is one of the kindest I ever met. I went there 4 times and we were 5. Hope you'll enjoy your trip :). Bye.
