Upon arrival our room was not ready, though the reception staff very kindly called us when it was. We was upgraded to one of the garden apartments, which was fantastic. The apartments are spacious and very clean. They also provided a welcome pack which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay again when we visit London.

This is a good location but our room…and the lobby area…was very dated and tired. The room was dark and I don’t think the cost was commensurate with the experience or service. If location is most important then you may be satisfied, but we wouldn’t return based upon our recent stay.

We’ve been coming back repeatedly to Beaufort House since 2006 and every visit has been excellent! Ive stayed in the 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom & 3 bedroom apartments over the years and can’t find fault in any! The cleanliness, the exceptionally nice & helpful staff. It’s truly home away from home! Highly recommended!

Best location, right neside Harrods but on quiet street. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The four bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 8 people, woth comfortable beds and 3 good bathrooms. Toiletries provided are Molton Brown, very nice (although wash dispenser in family bathroom dod not work). Kitchen was fully equipped with all the cooking and dining utensils you would require for up to 10 people, and a welcome basket with some goodies was very much appreciated. One small issue for me was they did not respect the Do not Disturb sign that we left on the door one day. The cleaning stafc came in anyway and cleaned. We were not at home, but if we were I really do not like that they violated our request for privacy.

As a returning guest, I found it as appealing as before. The cleanliness (especially in these COVID times) was 100%. The staff always very helpful. The position of these apartments is perfect for just popping to the shops ie Harrods, Harvey Nichols. We were celebrating my 60th birthday and had been let down by Airbnb hosts and this totally worked in our favour and couldn't of been better. I look forward to going back.

Booked Beaufort Gardens house and had a friendly welcome. Our appartement was on the ground floor, which was perfect for my pregnant wife and two kids. All staff has been friendly and helpful, cleaning service did a good job. Advertised as having 5 stars, but we do not agreed. Although it’s clean, it feels a bit outdated. A refurbishment would be appropriate. Location is excellent for shopping/museum visits. All in all we had a lovely couple of days, but expected a little more.
