We only stayed for two days but the place itself was clean, the room was small but also spotless. The staff were friendly, the continental breakfast was pretty poor, with just three slices of toast to share between the two of us and only cheese slices or jam to put on them, along with yoghurts and tangerines or apples. Overall I suppose you get what you pay for in London and at £120 for the 2 of us for two nights was great value for what you get. It's just a short walk to Paddington Station and easy to get to all parts of London from.

Radiator never worked. Called the staff at 2am and they said heat has a timer coming on and off every hour. It was a lie, as heat never worked during the night. We spent a very bad night. My girlfriend got sick because of that. The breakfast was scarce. There´s no lift, and we were given the uppermost room (5ft floor). Claimed a refund for the inconvenient, and the hotel refused. Never going again.

Stayed there in room 8 for one night and would never go again. The smell was unbearable and I couldn’t identify the source. The beddings were unclean and uncomfortable. Lied for around one hour and felt an acute headache because of the smell. I went to the receptionist but the middle aged men denied any help, not even offered to have a check. He blabbered that the room next to mine reported no similar things, as if the horrible room was my fault. Stupid thing. Don’t go.

Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel! My 30th celebration and they surprised me with the most beautiful decorated room with balloons, banners, champagne, flute glasses etc The staff and management are such lovely friendly people. The location is situated not far from all activities. Would definitely recommend and will be using the accommodation again x

Just checked out fm the Hotel where I stayed fr 3 Nights with a friend. Their Price is good and room OK compared to price, nice big bathroom but water system design bad, water leaks on the floor but shower is great. Breakfast is so so but ok fr price. Few things show cheap approach, they provide plastic glass only, shampoo in pouch like cheap south asian lodges. Male staffs are very nicer but Romanian receptionist is too rude n unfriendly. Best thieg is location, 2 minutes fm Paddington Tubd Stn and another 2 fr main. Kensington garden is just 5 minutes walk fr a lovely morning break.
