My best friend and i stayed here for 2 night when first arriving to london. They were absolutely amazing! They let us store our luggage and freshen up before check in. The room was small but very awesome especially for the price! The reception lady valentina was absolutely fantastic! She helped us find the cheapest route to our next destination... More

The receptionist was disrespectful and aggressive. We had traveled all night long and thought we would be well welcomed which is basic in a hotel, but she simply made our stay uncomfortable and awful by the way she talked and her behaviour. Concerning the rooms, they were so small that we couldn't walk at all. The room is way too... More

Smelly and a bit old, heater was not warm enough. It is quite near to Paddington station which is good however I do not think it is suitable for cold season as the heater is not warm enough. Quite near to some food stores and limited restaurants if you want to grab fast food.

Very poor bedsit like rooms. Bathroom minute and stank. Stay away would be my advice. No lift , ironing boards are little table top things but unfortunately no table. Room was clean but shabby and in dire need of a paint.

Rats in basement, room divided from next by door locked with child's padlock and chain . Dirty and generally unfit. We left immediately and are about to claim refund. Why does LateRooms list places that have such poor ratings and "help" you to find a room after double booking by selecting them? Maybe they should ask themselves that ?

Overall very poor. I know it's a budget hotel but I've paid similar prices in the past for better. Nice street not too bad a location although I'd rather get one closer to a tube station (about a 10 min walk to Paddington Station). Hotel greeter was pleasant enough. We were put on the top floor which is a fair... More

London is expensive, that's just the way it is, so I bore this in mind when I booked to stay here. I have pretty low standards, so I wasn't expecting much. Anyone else booking should bear in mind that this is cheap by London standards, and adjust their expectations accordingly. However, I wasn't expecting it to be quite as bad... More

This hotel is nothing like its marketing photos, dirty, noisy, lucky to be a1 star. noise from upstairs was like they were in the same room. Internet connection was very slow and cut out regularly. Complained and wanted a refund but fell on deaf ears. Stayed 1 night because arrived late but was out of there at 8am next morning... More

Old and damp, while somewhat clean the bed was uncomfortable and mattress of a poor standard. Poor internet connection, tv hardly working. Very noisy from rooms overhead. We checked out the next day but were refused a refund for the 5 nights we had paid for. Booked into a much nicer place down the road for not much more per... More
