Located just off Chelsea’s iconic Sloane Square, …At Sloane is a luxury 5-star hotel that combines discreet British charm with the unique French touch of interior designer, Francois-Joseph Graf. An Arts & Crafts haven of hospitality and warmth, its hypnotic scents, music and soft candlelight bring the seductive charm of Paris to Chelsea. Combining comfort and playfulness, each of the 30 bespoke rooms and suites is individually designed and resonates with the emotional intimacy of a private residence, complete with ‘love’ and ‘music’ switch controls and especially curated photographs depicting couples celebrating love. Downstairs, the bar and its outdoor terrace, beckons guests into the late hours with classic cocktails and in-house DJs. Upstairs, the continuous service restaurant offers the best of Parisian cuisine with tour de monde influences, including dishes such as dim sum, sea bass carpaccio, tom yam halibut and cheesecake – set against expansive views across Chelsea.

…At Sloane is a chic, charming and alluring hotel in the heart of Chelsea, on Sloane Gardens.

The team are warm, professional and attentive from the moment of arrival, and throughout your visit. You feel like a welcome friend of the house.

Rooms are stylishly appointed, comfortable, peaceful and cosy. There’s a brilliant master control panel that makes light, sound, and temperature management easy.

Dining in the intimate rooms on the upper floor for breakfast, lunch or dinner is a true pleasure; the menu is delicious and well balanced, and faithful to its Parisian origins.

I love it. I have stayed 3 times and I look forward to returning soon.

Very stylish boutique hotel in an excellent location. Rooms and baths are on smallish side but you mostly overlook because it’s so beautifully decorated. (Perhaps a bit less furniture in the rooms would be helpful?) Staff is plentiful and nice but a bit green. Probably could benefit from a highly seasoned 5 star hotel GM to help them along. (Wait staff shouldn’t be on their devices when working!) There were little things missing (like no green juice available at breakfast and the orange juice was watery and without flavor) but I am certain they will figure it out given a little time.
That said, will def return to see how everything has progressed. Given a bit of maturing, this could be a winner.

I almost wanted to keep At Sloane a secret! It's such a gem that I selfishly considered not leaving a review. From the moment you arrive, you know it's something special. The staff warmly welcomes you and whisks you through to a beautiful reception area.

The rooms are luxurious and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need. The menu is delightfully varied, and I had the pleasure of trying most of the dishes over a few days. Every single one was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and complemented perfectly by the well-curated wine list.

The bar area is fabulous too, with what might be the best dry martini in London! The atmosphere is sophisticated yet relaxing, just perfect for unwinding. A huge shoutout to Tariq, Sarrah, and Maria for their attentiveness and genuine hospitality. They made us feel so welcome and cared for, like we were at home with friends. Needless to say, I can't wait to return!

Never experienced worse service, embarrassing quality of food and presentation, obscenely high prices, zero vibe or energy and simply bad hospitality. The restaurant staff literally couldn’t care less. Food mediocre minus for ridiculous prices (32 GBP for a small piece of grilled chicken, no side, not even salt or pepper, white plate with small piece of over grilled Chicken breast). Of course they add 15% gratuity although the team at restaurant has zero clue about hospitality. What a disappointment, what a waste of time, don’t even bother going to this place.

This is one of our favorite places in London! It is a wonderful location off of Sloane Square where you have fabulous shops and restaurants. One of the best restaurants happens to be in the hotel itself. The restaurant in the hotel, At Sloane, has an intimate setting with several candlelit rooms. The selection of food and wine are always fantastic. There is also a sexy bar downstairs with a DJ on the weekends. When you walk into the hotel you are always welcomed with warm smiles. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Chelsea. The staff were very sincere, accommodating and helpful. They went to great lengths to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We arrived close to midnight and the chef even prepared a small meal for our arrival. We truly enjoyed our visit

Entertained a party of guests at this extremely fabulous hotel that is undoubtedly the best boutique hotel in London. The location is ideal, and the rooms peaceful. The service represented by the amazing interior and attention to detail. And, a special mention to the penthouse restaurant with my guests eating most of the dishes on the menu, it can be only rated as Michelin with an intense wine list. The management and all the staff are utterly thoughtful, exemplified by the room service button, “anything you want”.

This elegant hotel is perfectly located in a quiet, respectable area of London. Modern design respects historical associations. Facilities for tea and coffee in the room, bed and bedding are beyond praise. A cozy homely atmosphere with the highest level of service. Breakfast menu has a wide range and you can order whatever you want in addition. Friendly and attentive staff who works as a team to provide maximum service to guests. I can safely say that in terms of its level this hotel is a bright event in the life of London. For me, this is now a second home, where I really wish to return!

Huge disappointment. We have watched this hotel being built over the last few years and were looking forward to having a local bar we could frequent. We supported their planning permissions and licensing requests and even put up with their site office being located in the next door building to ours. Unfortunately when we tried to go for a drink in the bar for my birthday we were rudely told there was no space - even though there were clearly many empty tables visible through the window. They could not have been more unhelpful or unfriendly. They clearly don’t care about their neighbours.

I never write reviews but feel compelled to after such a wonderful birthday stay. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, in my favourite location in London. What makes the property superb is the friendliness and warmth of the staff. A special mention to Klodjana, Alexy, Avaro and Margaux for their helpfulness, attention to detail and efficiency, I have stayed in some of the most incredible hotels in the world and this team's level of professionalism combined with their genuine warmth is unsurpassed. Thank you very much for making my stay so special, I look forward to returning soon.
