The hostel was close (walking distance) to the main attractions and the neighbourhood felt safe. Our room was clean, toilets were kept clean and the showers were ok clean too. Room was very small but just what we needed, good mattresses and fast enough wifi. We got what we paid for and the staff was helpful and nice! Overall very... More

The best hostel at I've been! Not so far from Big Been! Even for a hostel, I could have total privacy as the beds had a kind of curtain with zipper to close you in the square of the bed, fantastic! Facilities like wall pugs and others! I high recommend this hostel!

This was the first time I have stayed in a hostel. We had a brilliant welcome and the man behind the desk was very helpful. We were told how to get to our room and so up we went. I had booked a smaller room but we were in one of the largest rooms which could hold 12 people. My... More

They write "breakfast included".... No breakfast, only bread, milk, jam and some conrflakes... Or if you buy your own food you can cook it for yourself. The room was so small... Bad smeels, the windows can not open,

The rooms are pretty small and has bunk beds stacked 3 high so it was pretty crammed. My largest issue was that were was nowhere to put your stuff. There was limited floor space and no lockers in the rooms to our large belongings. There were small lockers (maybe 1 square foot in size) in the main area where you... More

The whole place was hot, stuffy and had a bad odour. Our luggage was stored in an outdoor cupboard that smelled of sewage. The bunks were 3 tiers which would have been fine had they not looked broken. There only appeared to be 1 shower, which to be fair was quite clean. We left after deciding we didn't feel safe... It also close to the tube station so that was convenient when we returned exhausted to get to our room quickly. The staff was very helpful when we checked in midnight and the host gave the info we wanted about... More

After reading the poor reviews here, I was prepared for the worst. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually a good stay. We were given a double bunk with single upper bunk (sleeps 3) on the ground level therefore my review is, obviously, limited to my room and its surroundings. The mattress was firm so I had... More
