First of all I must apologise if on this occasion your stay with us was not up to the standard expected. Cleanliness is one of the fundamental duties in hospitality as is courtesy from staff and I assure you that we have had a staff meeting to discuss this negative feedback. However, I must emphasise that such an extremely hostile...

We stayed there for two nights. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very close (5 min walk) to Manor House Station, so you can easily and fast get to the center of London. They have free parking in front of the hotel.

Hi everybody , the hotel is good for the money ! Old but clean , very good breakfast ! The price is reasonable for this type of hotel not far from central London ! The room was large And clean . The cleaners too noisy on a morning , when cleaning empty rooms on the flour!

Probably the best budget hotel i've stayed at in london. Manor house tube station very close, and bus stop just outside. Finsbury park and a very good cafe, is over the road. Decor is very dated and tv is small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very conveniently located, helpful and friendly staff, decent breakfast and a really good rate. The only problem is that noise isolation is not very good between the rooms and we got waken up by late hotel guests on the floor.

I booked a room at the Kent hall for my son for two weeks, while he was taking a course at Islington Arts and Media school, the tube is moments away and there is a bus stop equally close, parking was no problem. The rooms are basic ( think student accommodation ) a bit rough around the edges but spotlessly...

You get what you pay for, back to basics. There was fairly secure parking off road. Staff pleasant and helpful, challenging noisy neighbours promptly when asked. Used as a base. Don't expect a four star experience. It was ok. I have stayed there three times now. I will stay there again

We stayed here for one night when we went to a gig at Finsbury Park as it was the cheapest available place we could get at that time. A double room with private shower and w.c cost us £35 each including breakfast. Because we were only looking for a place to sleep after the gig and then hop on the...

We were just looking for a place to sleep since we'd be out and about in London all day. And for that purpose, this hotel did the job fairly decently. Breakfast was simple but good, the ladies who make your eggs are so nice to see every morning. The shower is a bit tricky at first but don't give up,...

“Corner rooms are good. Do not take middle rooms and rooms next to communal WC as they are constantly in use and can be noisy. Take rooms on upper floors as ground floor rooms are not very peaceful due to constant movements and noise levels.”
