Our second stay. The room is spacious and has a mini kitchen. All very clean, towels fluffy, shower excellent. Car park very convenient. Only short interactions with stahl, but efficient and done with a smile. Will come again.

For the money you pay you would expect the kitchen to be cleaned or any smells to be sorted before our arrival. This really put us off and left a day earlier. Sofa could be more comfortable and curtains above balcony door kept getting stuck. Great views and staff were helpful but improvement on the actual rooms are needed

Thank you to Ivo for a quick and efficient check in. Parking was sorted and we were in within minutes.

A clean, tidy and well appointed one bed apartment overlooking the dock to one side and Billingsgate the other.

Quiet, comfortable (great bed) and will most definitely use again. We don’t notice any traffic noise at all.

Poplar and Canary Wharf DLR a short walk away, Waitrose about 8 mins gentle stroll or 5 if feeing energetic.

Thanks for a great stay.

Having stayed at another Fraser property around the world, i was expecting a more superior experience and stay, however what we got was average at best. The staff downstairs are not as helpful as should be. Even after informing them that i would be having mail delivered. I still had to physically go downstairs and remind them that i had mail upon which the mail was already sitting in the reception area for a few hours. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment around the holiday period after Christmas and was informed around the 2nd night that we were not eligible for in-room housekeeping or room cleaning. We were informed that housekeeping was only for guests that are booked for over a week's stay. That in my opinion is not good service at all. Might i also mention that the breakfast is almost non existent; very dry options. It's almost a really basic hotel. I would advice that services in this area should be ramped up. The rooms are cosy and alright , but service needs to be stepped up.

Dear Tubosun, Thank you for reaching out with regards to your stay with us. The reductions of our services and breakfast were done in consideration of the government mandates related to the ongoing covid-19 worldwide challenge. For the same reasons and for the purposes of social distancing we are sorry for being unable to deliver your parcel during the Christmas period of your stay with us. We regret if any of the above was of inconvenience and trust the remainder of your stay with us was enjoyable and memorable. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back when services in our industry return to normal. Kind Regards

I stayed for 4 nights.
The room is so dusty. When I pulled the curtain, I can literally see dust particles dancing in the sunlight. I asked the reception to get someone to vacuum at least the carpet, but they said because my stay was less than 5 days, they don’t do cleaning.
The washing machine broke down, I had to use the laundry at level 3, which was inconvenient, and slightly creepy for me.
Breakfast was delivered to your room, considered generous portion, but all items were cold. We had cereal, cold bread, cold croissant, juice, milk. You can toast the bread with the toaster, but we had a bit of problem toasting croissant. We had Nutella for a day, and subsequently they said stock hasn’t arrived and we only had jam/butter for the rest of the breakfast days. Hot coffee (from Machine) is available at the reception area at level 1. You can make your own tea/instant coffee in your room, but if you want hot milk for your coffee, you have to get it downstairs.
Aircon is only at the living room. The bedroom does not have an aircon. With current temperate, it is a torture.
The room is equipped with toaster, fridge, table, utensils, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups and knife.
Corridor is abit dark, light are by sensors, but the sensors are a bit insensitive.
Location is a walk of about 15mins to the train station. There are quite a few eatery at the underground shopping mall or the train station nearby. This is mainly a Business area (think CBD, bank, office)
Not recommended for those with sensitive nose/sinus/respiratory issues.

Locations is modern and has all the comforts you need.
But what I found inappropriate is that daily cleanings are not included. We are talking about a residence/hotel which costs around 180£ per night and I think it should be ALWAYS included a daily cleaning for this price. Consider also that tube station is 14 mns from the hotel, which in a city like London (where u have to walk a lot) it’s enough and it can determine the final price for the hotel.
Staff and room were perfect, by the way I found it overpriced.

Thank you for your comments, the price is determined mainly by the size of the apartment and how many people it can sleep ranging from 2 to 6 persons. We take on board your view regarding the housekeeping services. The walk from Fraser Place to Canary Wharf tube station is 8 min (personally tested and according to google map) but appreciate there are many routes to take to a station with multiple entrances and exits. Glad you liked the room and staff. We hope we will be able to welcome you back.

We booked this apartment, mainly because of the price. A 2 bedroom apartment would've been better for us, but it was not available. There is a small lounge downstairs, we never used breakfast there, the staff were friendly, 5 min. walk to Waitrose, Boots etc, you can continue on to the underground malls, easy access to DLR, Elisabeth line (20 min. to city centre) and subway station Canary wharf. Lots of dining options nearby. In the evening during weekdays it was nice as there are no crowds in this area compared to the city centre.

Our apartment was for 4 people on the 4th floor, opposite the market and not soundproof as we could hear all the street noise as if the windows were open, so needed earplugs. Aircon works well, but it kept making noises if you turn it off. The sofabed squeaks a lot. The furniture is old and worn. At first look it seems clean, there is a good size kitchen and OK size bedroom with a safe, size was good compared to the seating area (which you lose when the sofabed is folded out) and small bathroom (really small sink, toilet cramped next to it with the tp-roll hanging almost over the toilet bowl. They didn't have enought hooks for 4 person towels and jackets, so we used the drying rack we found. They had clean sheets and towels (no face cloths). Kitchen has no tea/handtowels/paper, so we bought it ourselves, the rest about 80% complete for 4 persons. There was a small table with 4 chairs.

We stayed 6 nights and housekeeping never came to our room. Floor seemed clean, but upon close inspection there were dirty spots on the furniture, stained carpet, mouldy bathroom corners, flaky paint, 2 broken lamps that never got fixed (even after we had a maintenance ticket made at reception). The corridor was smelly, but wasn't a problem once we were in the room. So OK for us to stay once, because of the price, but if these apartments don't get an update, we won't be visiting again.

Thank you for your feedback, and pleased to see that you think we are good value, but we do take on board areas we need to improve to make your next stay worth considering. The aircon does for around 30min after you turn it off makes a sound while it pumps the water away. We are addressing the issues you have raised here to ensure they the next guest to this apartment is not experiencing these, and we are truly sorry we missed the repair for 2 of your lights while staying here, both are now rectified. We hope to welcome you back to stay in one of our two bedroom apartments which will suit your family better.

The apartment was 5 minutes walk from the tube station so very handy for getting to our location of the O2 arena which is 1 stop away.
The staff were friendly and checked us in well on time. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was very clean and it is well equipped to make it a real home from home.

The apartments are located in Canary Wharf, a neighborhood in the east of London that is mainly home to large company towers. The area is very safe and quiet. It also has all the possible comforts. The metro (zone 2) is a five-minute walk from the accommodation. Central London is 15/20 minutes away by tube.
We were two adults and two girls and the apartment had a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen had everything (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc). It also had a terrace, hair dryer, two large televisions, etc.
The temperature was very good.
The reception staff doesn't speak Spanish but they were very nice.
I don't give it five stars because in the five nights we stayed, they didn't do our room (no cleaning, no change of towels, etc.). They told us that they did it every other day but they don't do it on weekends or holidays.
We brought this fact to the attention of the reception staff.
Apart from this fact, we have been very good and I would recommend this place.
