They emailed me to say my card had been declined and could I make a bank transfer. Followed their instructions as I wanted my booking sorted as I was flying out of the country that morning. They promised to email a confirmation. No response after 3 emails over 2 weeks. Booking.com were unable to get in touch. I finally managed...

I booked a double room two weeks before my arrival. When I arrived the guy told me it was a problem in the room I booked so I couldn't stay there. They didn't offered me another solución. They were extremelly rude when I called the office to complaint. They didn't tell me my room was not available anymore till the...

We arrived here at 3pm and buzzed for access. I was left standing in the sold for quite a few minutes trying to get them to find my booking. After several minutes of trying to give my name over the phone they finally found it and I was advised I could only check in if I paid cash (the booking...

The area where this place is is not very nice, I dont know how it can be placed with hotels. Its only a house with rooms and lots of mirrors. We didnt feel safe, so we checked out after an hour! I would not recommend it for visitors to London. Bathrooms are separate for all rooms, you share with everyone...

Staff are welcoming....

Although we had confirmation from Booking.com nobody knows about out arrival (they told me that the reservation was cancelled??) and the room was not ready for us. Very dirty bathroom and there was not able to close the window at our room so there was very cold. The only + is very good location (not far for tube, bus station...

Even for a budget hotel the basic standards weren't there. Room obviously hadn't been cleaned in a libg time, there was mould around the rim of the kettle, a huge build up of dust hair and grime on all the skirting boards and doors, stains on the chair. The noise from floorboards upstairs was dreadful and only one bathroom for...

Was at an event for the weekend in London and this was a cheap stay for the 3 nights we were there. It was a clean room but the window was broken and the bed a bit unstable. Location was good as only a brief stroll to the nearest station. Wouldn't stay again as I didn't enjoy sharing a bathroom...

This was not a hotel , I felt unsafe at this hotel . In one room the sheets were not clean . Now there are 2 shared bathrooms and they were clean . Also it was very noisy , from the first floor you could hear each person who was entering hotel.
