Don't expect five-star treatment... this is a charming but old and tiny hotel. The staff were friendly enough, but service not what North Americans are used to... had to ask for coffee and tea top-ups, fresh towels; on last day they didn't bother to make up the room at all. Still, generally OK, pretty well located to Paddington station (only...

I first stayed at this hotel in May 2016 with a friend. Actually we both enjoyed it then, it was a nice, Victorian hotel with a very friendly staff and nice English breakfast. Our room was for three persons, but just big enough for two.¨'Outside there is a small park, so nice to sit reading there on a sunny day....

For a basic hotel and location for the price is excellent. You are only maximum 5 minutes from Paddington Station and the restaurants which are decent. With Talbot square outside the hotel a handy small park to relax in. The single is bigger than most London single room hotels where you truly are a can of sardines, but this one...

A dump!!!! I am sorry but that is the best description we can give of this hotel. We stayed at the Rose Park hotel a couple of years ago, but since then it has changed hands and has not just gone downhill, it has fallen off the cliff. We were booked in for 6 days over the Christmas period 2016....

Just two blocks away from Paddington station you will find Rose Park Hotel. The main entrance is located by a quiet Talbot Square. The hotel has 24 hours reception so it's easy to reach. I stayed in a single room that was very small. The room had only a bed, small table (that did not accommodate even a laptop next...

It was 3-4 degrees outside and there were no heater in the room. The window was all the time wet, like it have been raining inside. Walls have black mold, like a mushroom. Never ever again. And on the top of that the staff was terrible. Bad service at the very bad place. All pictures are on booking site.

OAPs my wife and myself found ourselves needing to stay in the Paddington station area overnight to ensure we had time to catch the Cornish Riviera train to Truro, having travelled up from our home town of Dover; the journey across London from St Pancras to Paddington stations is only possible for us oldies using a taxi (and a Black...

Last minute booking, which was ideal as close to Paddington Station (5 minute walk). Single room which was adequate, bathroom looked like it had recently been upgraded and was perfect, supplied with one towel but no hand towel. Curtains in room were a bit on the tight side so struggled to close out the light, but as it was only...

I spent 1 night here... and that was far too long, not sure how they can state its 3 star rating as it's certainly not, I had the family room at the rate of £108... it wasn't worth £10.80, a family room should be safe for a family to stay, comfy and warm... this room wasn't A double plug point...

Actually, I came here for my birthday back in 2008; I was in the Navy at the time. Although the room was smell, it cute and cozy. I was within walking distance of Piccadilly station. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend this area-again, you can get around quite easily. The fares at the time were decent and...

“The people who worked there were nice, great location, rooms need a little work, fake wood paneling was peeling off the bathroom door, bathroom door handle fell off and they never came to fix it over the 8 days we stayed there, bugs in the room that we complained about - our entire bodies were bitten by the bugs but they wouldn't move us because they were full”
