The highlights and what I liked about the hotel:
1. The staff in the hotel and the restaurant. All were super nice and helpful whenever we needed something.
2. Breakfast was awesome. Delicious buttermilk pancakes with fruit, wonderful pastries, tasty granola with yogurt and fruit compote and the BEST coffee!
3. Rooms were clean and house keeping came every day to tidy up.
The items that I did not care for so much:
1. WIFI coverage in the rooms was spotty. We would have to go to the restaurant to get connected sometimes.
2. The hallways in the hotel look pretty rough and could use some renovation. However when we got in the room it had been renovated and it was fine.
3. The mattress was a bit hard for my liking and they could have provided more blankets / sheets on the bed.
4. The location was quite a distance from Victoria Station, which is where all of our tours left from. It was easy to get to Hanger Station to get on the Tube but it just took about 45 minutes to get to Victoria station. Also there wasn't really anyway to eat close by besides the hotel restaurant.

All in all we did enjoyed staying here. It is a much better value than staying in the heart of London which the those rooms can run $300-$400 per night.

We were here for a show at Wembley Stadium as well as to do the usual touristy stuff in London. We could not have been more satisfied with our hotel choice!

The hotel is in a great location located a few blocks from a tube station that easily gets you into central London to do all the touristy things as well as close proximity to a bus line that takes you right to the front door of Wembley Stadium. Getting into London from the Hanger Lane tube station took about (45 mins - 1 hour) and the bus ride to Wembley took about 20 - 25 minutes. There is also a 24 hour McDonalds a few blocks away which came in handy after our show at Wembley.

The staff that run this hotel are true gems and are nice and professional. They always greeted us with a friendly "hello" when passing by and our room attendant was very prompt with cleaning our rooms every day.

The rooms are a nice size, with good storage options, and were very clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a mini bar that offers free milk, water, sparkling water, and free beer! That was an awesome treat as usually you are scared to touch mini bars for fear of being charged. There is also a good selection of teas with suggested chocolate pairings! I was very impressed with the shower, it not only had one of those rain water shower heads but a wand as well.

Besides the location, one of the main reasons we selected this hotel, was because of the free breakfast included with our stay. There was a breakfast buffet with selections of fruit, yogurt, cereals, and meat. In addition, you were also allowed to select one hot item from their menu that included English Breakfast, porridge, French toast, etc. It was lovely! We also ate dinner at their restaurant a few evenings and were impressed with those meals as well. Plus if you were a guest staying at the hotel you got 10% off your bill. There is a nice garden area out back for enjoying cocktails which seemed busy and lively.

The hotel was dog friendly and it seemed the staff made the four legged guests feel as welcome as the human guests.

Overall, I highly recommend staying here. We went to an AEW Wrestling show at Wembley Stadium. After the show was over, AEW announced that they were returning to London in 2024 and I immediately made a reservation to stay at the Fox and Goose for next year's show!

We stayed here for two nights. The hotel is very clean and modern and the room itself was good. The room had an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, a safe and a fridge with two complimentary bottles of water, a small bottle of semi skimmed milk and a bottle of Fuller's ale. There were also nice teabags of different varieties, artisan coffee bags and proper sugar cubes in a jar.The bathroom had a large sink, nice powerful shower and a soft night light which came on automatically when you entered so you didn't have to turn in the main lights. The staff in the hotel, pub and restaurant we're all very pleasant and the food was good. The staff there are very hot on food allergies which is good. The bar had a great range of beers and wines and a good atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is ideal for getting the centre of London, I’ve stayed here a couple of times in the past although not for a while. It didn’t seem as good as when I last stayed, the breakfast was an extra at a ridiculous £12.50. The room was warm and comfortable but the pillows were too soft. The evening meal menu was a good selection but a little highly priced, the sweet, pear crumble, was that hot it was uncomfortable to eat and the accompanying custard had a thick skin.

We stopped over for a night on the way to pick-up a kitten with our two boys aged 4 and 6. Our rooms were next to each other which meant the hotel had very kindly upgraded us. They were modern and spacious. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had anywhere and the staff were charming, especially the lovely Polish girl who served us in the bar and at breakfast. Hotel and pub was spotless. My only constructive comment is that the price of the steak in the pub the night before was a bit punchy and portion sizes could have been more generous but the food was super tasty and otherwise good value. Thank you the Fox and Goose 👍🏼

Our stay was a little problematic but the way the hotel dealt with these is why the review is generally very positive and I suspect we were just quite unlucky. Rooms are dated but perfectly suitable and very clean. Showers are very hot and have good pressure. Breakfast was the most delicious hotel breakfast I’ve ever had but you do end up having to wait as opposed to a buffet breakfast obviously, but I definitely prefer it this way. We had issues with our room, flush broke and we said we’d be out for the day. The hotel staff just apologised and moved us to a nicer room so no real dramas there. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous. Parking is free for guests which is an absolute bonus. Some hotels charging £20 a day on top is extortionate.

Would definitely recommend.

From check-in to check-out, we had a fantastic stay at the Fox and Goose. Our room was ready even though it was a couple of hours before check-in time. The room was clean, modern, and well equipped with large flat screen tv, tea and coffee making facilities, safe. air conditioning and mini fridge. A nice touch was the complementary bottled water each day and a bottle of Fuller's Pride on arrival. The tea and coffee were of high quality, being a selection of Tea Pig tea bags and Artusan coffee. However, we only got one breakfast tea bag on the first day. It would have been good to get a couple of that each day. The shower room was modern with large, fluffy bath sheets. Overall cleanliness in the room was excellent, although the ventilation in the bathroom appeared not to be working to well as there was some mould on the ceiling over the shower head. I would have preferred be able to lower the air conditioning to below 19 degrees as I had to open the window which lead to road noise from the busy road outside. Breakfast choice and quality of ingredients was excellent with plentiful hot and cold selection. We had an evening meal on one night and the meal was superb, with fabulous service from Eddie, who went out of his way to ensure we had a lovely meal. Having said that, every one of the staff; cleaners, reception, bar staff, and restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. The free, secure parking and only 5 minute walk to the tube make this a great choice for a London break.

My wife and I took a short break at this hotel and we were satisfied from start to finish. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with the booking and arrival.
The room was very clean and a lovely shower in the bathroom.
The bed was just like we like it, very firm but very comfortable.
The only negative was the room though it was spotless was a little small for a deluxe double.
The breakfast staff as was everyone else in the hotel were very friendly. I told the receptionist it was my wife’s birthday when I booked and on arrival found balloons and towel swans surrounded by petals in our room a lovely jesture by the hotel.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone it’s clean and friendly with the pub right next door where you get a 10% discount while staying at the hotel.

Warm welcome at reception with info about dining, etc. The room was immaculately clean with incredible amenities. A mini fridge contained a complimentary beer as well as fresh milk for hot drinks. High quality tea/coffee and chocolates provided.

Both breakfast (included with room price) and a pub meal (not included, but 10% discount as we were staying) were delicious. Breakfast especially was well-organised with amazing coffee machines and a spread of lighter food, with hot available to order. A nut allergy was very well catered for.

The proximity to Wembley stadium is ideal; it’s roughly a 45 minute walk there from the hotel and meant we didn’t need to use packed public transport after the event.

Although this was the tail-end of our main honeymoon holiday, we did mention it when booking and were delighted with decorations in the room and a complimentary glass of Prosecco with our meal at the pub.

Highly recommend the hotel and pub. We will certainly return next time we’re at for an event.

My wife and I stayed here for one night as we were going to a show in the West End. Parking is free and there's no Congestion Charge so it's a lot cheaper than booking a hotel in the city. It's no more than a ten minute walk to the Hanger Lane Underground Central Line station and it's a thirty minute journey directly into the heart of London. It costs £3:00 each way.
The hotel is a relatively new separate building to the pub and is excellent bar a few minor issues that shouldn't have been issues.
Although I booked our room many weeks ago we were allocated a disabled room. It was roomy and very comfortable but the facilities were designed for someone in a wheelchair and I'm six foot four.
It should be noted that residents get a 10% discount in the pub itself.
The fridge was on but nothing was cold and I couldn't find anything with which to amend the temperature. So there was a complimentary small bottle of lager but it was warm. Nothing worse, so we didn't have to share it. All the teas, coffees, waters as well as the beer were one offs. That's a bit irritating really as there was only one breakfast tea. The other four were specialist teas and not to everyone's taste.
The breakfast ingredients were great and the cooked options were done to order so there was a bit of a wait. That was to be expected but they didn't serve them in the order of being placed. That was just poor management down the line somewhere. There were plenty of serving staff but they weren't very efficient. When food is delivered to the room any empty crockery should be collected taken back to the kitchen. Time and again this didn't happen. The waitresses didn't use a notepad to take orders so food was delivered to wrong tables we noticed. Finally toast should be presented in a toast rack to keep it crispy. Serving it piled on a plate just makes it soggy. Not good.
All that said we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
