As other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are very small and ours (Room 4) seemingly still in the process of refurbishment. Very quiet at night despite the pub being only a few doors down. You can't beat the location, only about 5 minutes or less from the Coach Station and the Underground. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area,...

Very small room in Victoria Station area. Close to the station, very convenient. Affordable price. The owner was very helpful. Some great restaurants about one block away. For convenience to Victoria & cheap rooms you can't beat Cherry Court. No breakfast buffet but a fruit basket in room.It suited my needs well.If looking for elegance & ambiance look elsewhere. The only negative thing was...

While the rooms are small as previously mentioned, the hospitality is fantastic, the rooms are spotless and the location is hard to beat. We switched rooms in the middle of our trip (based on availability) and while our first room was larger, it was on the top floor and the Wifi would not work. Our next room on the second...

We've stayed at Cherry Court for 10 years or more. It's still a great place to stay in London even though the rooms are very small. The Patel’s are great hosts and you can’t beat the location & price. Only 2 blocks from the Victoria Coach station, Victoria train station, & Victoria tube stations. The St. George’s Tavern is only...

We wanted budget accomodations that were centrally located, this was both. Pulling our bags from Victoria Station to the hotel took only minutes and walking to Westminster Abbey and other points of interest was an easy stroll. Our hosts were friendly and helpful and the price was right in a wonderful, but expensive city. Breakfast was a fruitbasket with biscuits...

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. Unfortunately we are limited in what we can do with our space, but we aim to provide clean and comfortable rooms after a long day of sightseeing! All of our mattresses are recent and are orthopaedic. Mattress type is obviously a very personal choice, so we...

Staying in Pimlico

Neighbourhood Profile
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.
