Key Points: Excellent location close to Edgeware Tube stations. Great for getting in to City quickly. Tiny but well planned and fitted rooms. Good value. Cleaning needs improvement. Location for travelling is main advantage of Kings Hotel. Placed above a Costa Coffee the ingeniously planned rooms are small but quality fittings and complimentary tea and coffee make it suitable for... More

This hotel is above a coffe bar in the Libanasian part of London. Boring place at night with almost no restaurants. Small rooms but good standard. Breakfast coupon in the coffe bar. Short way from Paddington.

For the price, it is a rather good deal. The room I get is rather small. My wife and I constantly bang into each other when we were getting ready in the mornings. But the hotel is rather well renovated. Everything is quite new, the bed is comfortable and even the toilet paper is of very good quality. Location wise,... More

Stayed for one night while on business in London, chose this hotel for location to Edgware tube station and ten minute walk to Hyde park. Hotel is in a busy area at the top of Edgware Road and the frontage is not the most obvious, some people may miss the hotel maybe. Checked in quickly and only slight issue was... More

Good hotel, tidy and clean and big too expensive either. Stayed in a standard room which was small but a manageable size. Only criticism would be the size of the shower, very small in the room we were in, 407

We were a family of three and booked into a 3 person room. The bedroom was lovely and newly renovated. Beds were extremely comfortable (very important in London as you will walk your feet off). Location was terrific right beside the Edgeware Road underground station. We did not require any other facilities other than that. The receptionists were lovely and... More

Staying in Marylebone

Neighbourhood Profile
Marylebone
Marylebone offers what so many London neighbourhoods cannot: a village feel coupled with urban convenience. Much of its success rests in its location. Wedged between the northeastern corner of Hyde Park and the southern end of Regent's Park and with a number of Tube stations within easy reach, Marylebone is as pedestrian friendly as Central London gets. The bustling shopping mecca of Oxford Street separates it from Soho and Mayfair, exclusive Regent Street marks its border with Fitzrovia, and cosmopolitan Edgware Road serves as its western edge. Within this enviably situated quarter are an array of outstanding restaurants (from Michelin darlings to down and dirty cheeseburgers), an impressive assortment of independently owned shops, and some of the city's quietest and most pleasant nooks, crannies and cobbled lanes.
