Neighbourhood
Pimlico
Time spent in Pimlico is a slower-paced affair than most other Central London neighbourhoods. This largely residential area orderly arranged beside the Thames, is a treasure trove of quaint pubs, subtle architectural charms and local boutiques. Here, art lovers thrill at the chance to visit the world class Tate Britain gallery for its collection of British art from the 1500s to the present. For peace and quiet and some downtime spent along the Thames, Pimlico is highly recommended.

The hotel reception person, Joao, was professional, friendly and helpful at all times when checking me in and when I required some documents printing. The room decor and facilities was lovely, so was the view over London. There was a wide choice of food for the continental

There is no doubt that visitors from the USA will find that hotel rooms in London are generally much smaller that in the USA. However, this hotel is ridiculous! I had 2 bags, one large and on small and the only place to out them is on the floor at the end of the end of the bed

Dear Tony G, We are sorry you have felt that your stay was unsatisfactory, but for the correctness we need to clarify your remarks from our point of view: - The room you have booked through expedia.com clearly states the square footage of the room and the picture of the room featured under the given category is exactly, space wise, as the room you had (202). We are very cautious as to what we advertise and what we offer. - One of your other remarks, prior to your check-in, were that you could not get early check-in. As per your remark, our check-in policy is very rigid. We tend to provide to the guest early check-in where possible, but as elsewhere, this is subject to availability on the day of arrival and we always check-in guests within the check-in time as per our policy. - On the day you have checked-out, I happened to be on the duty, when you requested the invoice, as soon our front desk started explaining to you as why they cannot issue you an invoice you have stormed out without giving the time to our staff to explain the reason as to why. The reason is as Expedia.com should issue you the invoice as they are the ones who have charged your card and our invoice does not match for the amount you have paid, as it is payment between us and Expedia.com. If you need further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Yes it does very small though. 1-2 people. Loaded up the luggage and entered the floor and my wife meet the elevator as I walked up. It's small but manageable
