Hello, we've booked this hotel for a family trip to London during the New Year holidays. I paid the full amount of more than 1200€ in September for this nonrefundable reservation. Yesterday, I received a message in the Booking.com app stating that the hotel will no longer be able to accommodate us during our stay, although they would provide a full refund. I've attempted to contact Booking.com Customer Service and the hotel via phone and chat, but unfortunately, there has been no response from either of them. In the app, the status of my reservation is still stated as confirmed. I am reaching out here in the hope of receiving some feedback

One of the nicest hotels being in the heart of London. Room clean and spacious than other hotels around, also with a great price. Nathan the front of the house manager was very helpful making everything smooth during my stay. Will definitely stay again!

Do not book this hotel - I have been SCAMMED for 1.100£ because of them! I booked a stay via „Booking“. Yesterday the hotel was hacked, they hackers got my personal data like Name, Phone number and Credit Card! The hackers then stole the whole sum (1.100£) from my bank account. The hotel did not apologize - although it is their negligence that caused the hacking and my loss of money. Communication with the hotel has been horrible!!! They handle our personal data on a random iPad with NO security systems in place. I am going to sue the hotel for gross negligence if they do not reimburse me for my financial loss because of their negligence. DO NOT BOOK if you don’t want criminals to steal your credit card data!

this is completely wrong, firstly it was booking.com that was hacked secondly we do not receive your bank information you pay booking.com and then they pay us thirdly we do not have an Ipad, i asked and my boss said no he doesnt like apple products and lastly it would seem that you have not complained to the bank like we had advised

Worst experience, when we paid and checked in with our three year old toddler the guy at the reception said that we cannot eat anything in the room, he was rude and shouting when we asked him politely that how can you expect a three year old not to drink milk or eat any snack in the room? He simply said that we cannot have anything in the room coz they have mice issues.. They showed us a lot bigger room but it was a room with just one bed which was almost a single bed, they also mentioned that there'll be a kettle and a microwave on the premises but there was none. There were mice in the room, having travelled across the world this was our worst experience so far.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. Only after booking the hotel I received a message saying the hotel was under remodelation which was not nice. But there is worst, I have stayed in one of the best rooms but no hot water and the floor was not clean. Then I check the bed and I have noticed the mattress in this disgusting condition. Prefer to spend a night in a train station than in this hotel. Staff seemed nice.

Stay away from this hotel! Near the underground, but nothing else is worth it! Noise between the rooms, horrible hard «homemade» bed in wood and my back still hurts. This was a new room. The first room we got was hazardous to health because of mould etc.

Great stay! The room are really Nice and clean and the location is perfect! Teremos isso free coffe on the entrance Hall, which is amazing. The staff is really great too! Nathan, who checked us in is a really Nice guy! Therefore, you can stay here without any concerns.
