Good point: The reception of the hotel is warm and accommodating.
The location is at the top, close to the underground and a shopping street, 20/30 minutes from central London and very accessible by transport. Quiet and secure area.
The rooms are not large but not disturbing to just sleep there.
Negative: Regarding cleanliness, nothing important to say. The hotel appears in work, cracked windows with just a ribbon glued on them, the air passed enormously. Traces of paint on the walls or on some furniture, do not make clean in the finishes of the room. The so-called automatic bathroom light never went out.
The hotel does not have a lift. No cleaning in the room or change of towels is done every day. The bed in the room we were in is very high which can be disturbing for some people. No room reserved for luggage, they are kept at the reception.
The hotel is a bit expensive in view of the services offered, the highlight would be the location.

Hotel's Favourite
I was concerned about how reasonable the price was however I was amazed with the service and the quality for the price point I will for sure stay again in the very near future, the staff couldn’t do enough for me and even had a coffee machine for free and an ice cold water fountain ⛲️

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 25 nights, and it has truly been an exceptional experience. The location is unbeatable – just a 5-minute walk to Earl’s Court Station, 8 minutes to Gloucester Station, and within 15 minutes of Imperial College, the museums, and the heart of London. It’s the perfect base to explore everything the city has to offer.
The staff here have been wonderful – always friendly, polite, and willing to help with any requests. They’ve made my stay incredibly comfortable, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment here.
I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to London. Highly recommended!

Indecent hotel. Sheets not changed by dirty previous guests. Tiny room, very dirty shower tray a single towel for two people toilet paper found already open. Phon with only cold air. T tv broken.Check in advance if available the room, so they had replied via email shame that then they asked me 25 pounds extra to enter two hours before. One of the very few hotels that takes a deposit from your card. We changed hotels after a nightmare night. Too bad because the location is really great the area is very nice and served by everything and the metro is a 5 minute walk.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The rooms were dirty and dusty, they didn’t have cleaning service, the bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was old and didn’t work properly, the walls had mold, the doors and the lights didn’t work. We had to switch hotels in the middle of our trip and they even charged us a deposit that haven’t even returned. Don’t stay here.

Absolutely loved staying here wonderful staff. Really appreciated the service felt safe and really welcomed by the naff members and they really went out their way to make us feel safe and to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Really good location as it’s central and not far away from everything.

I'm confused by the reviews for this hotel. They must have some decent rooms and some horrendous rooms. Unfortunately we had one of the bad ones. The 1 star is for the location, it's really convenient.
The rest - room was small, I was expecting that. Wasn't expecting a bathroom so small that you didn't have room to turn around in it because the sink was so close to the toilet. The shower head was rusty, covered in mould and lime scale. The grout was mouldy and the toilet seat was loose. The bed was ok, but the door didn't lock from the inside and the walls were a mess. The radiator is rusty and the paint peeling from it and we had to ask for the heating to be turned on. The stairs down to the room were lethal, badly fitted carpet and narrow. And to top it off the fire alarm kept going off from 7:30am. I assume if other rooms were like ours, the bathroom door didn't shut which meant steam from usable showers were setting off the alarm. The main door into the property from the street didn't lock so anyone could walk in.
All in all, avoid this place at all costs.

Hotel was located in a really nice area and central to a lot of the main attractions 🤩 Staff was very helpful and so friendly! We had a lovely stay!
The room had all the amenities needed. The hotel is busy renovations but that was stated to us. The free coffee at reception was a definite plus😁

Great service and friendly workers. All necessities were provided in the room. The bed was comfy and everything smelled and looked clean both on the way to the room and once we got to our room. The receptionist was extremely helpful and even allowed us to push back our checkout time

The place is quite good value for money - is cheap, in a reasonably nice area, and the staff was quite nice and friendly. The room was slightly smelly, but this was likely also due to the rain in London at the time. The view was great, the bathroom had reasonable facilities for value of pay.
