No real problems. Though I was disappointed they don't offer lunch or evening menus or hair dryers in rooms, apart from that everything was excellent and I would be happy to stay here again. Staff are very kind and helpful

Four of us stayed in en-suit for 1 night and we had a good experience. The location is convenient and the staffs are nice. The room is spacious and clean, however, not warm enough in Winter. Also, there was no hair-dryer could be borrowed with no charge even it is a nonexpendable item.

Let's establish something, it's clean, comfortable and has a good location. But..... we got robbed from the luggage room, yes! Just under the receptionist nose. We lost almost everything, computer, waller, passport and they said nothing. They claim they are the safest hostel in London but the let two strangers into the "very safe" luggage room. Even the manager let...

The hostel itself is wel decorated, very modern. The lifts sound like they are going to break down when using, the breakfast is an extra £4 which offers minimal choice, but buffet style so you can eat/drink what you wish from the minimal options. The plugs aren't that close to your designated bed areas or at least they weren't in...
