I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, very clean, great breakfast, nice rooms although small. Nice staff and great location. Only thing missing is evening room service but lots of local restaurants in the area

We visited this hotel whilst visiting London for a birthday. We arrived in plenty of time and were able to check in early (approx 11am) as the room was ready. The staff were pleasant enough and showed us the room. The rooms are clean and the bathroom was good. The next day, they were kind enough to let me leave...

We liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The suite was good, though some of the carpet was quite dirty and in need of a steam clean. Some of the corridors also could do with a lick of paint. However, the rest of the room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The continental...

I give this hotel 4.5 stars. It was very clean and comfortable. There were a couple broken appliances ( towel warmer, bathroom light) in my room but in general an excellent experience. I would definitely stay there again.

My bedroom was offered as a Queen bed but I ended up in a double as they only had 2 rooms left. My bedroom window was left open without my knowledge 20 feet from the pavement, 2 fire alarms during the night and when I rang to complain the staff thought it funny. I complained about the whole experience in...

This is nice boutique hotel in Hendon. I stayed here for 3 nights to attend my daughter's graduation from Middlesex University, which is close to the property. The room was small but adequate for my needs, there's good parking and the staff are nice. The rate I got was in line with the type of room I had.
