The majority of hotels in London have tiny rooms unless you are prepared to spend a large amount. This one falls somewhere between the two categories. Standard rooms are tiny and if you do not have an understanding of square footage or area in square metres, do not be surprised when you arrive. Standard rooms are small. Each room has... More

Booked a petite room and it was obviously tiny, but clean and comfy. Shower leaked all over the floor but great amenities. Breakfast was cold continental..you could walk a bit and get something better.

Stayed at Adria with two business partners for two nights. The frist impression with check-in and allocation of rooms Werge fine and in general a good experience. However, the service in the restaurant was dissapointing, as they were out of several things on the breakfast menu both days. That should NOT happen in a 5 star hotel. Particular not for... More

This is my second day here and the second day I've had to tidy up my room after they had "tided" it up. I'm definitely not going to stay here again and the room is so noisy, in all my travels I've honestly NEVER had such bad house keeping. I wouldn't suggest anyone to come here, the stuff are friendly... More

Very clean, basic, secure, nice staff, great location about 15 min tube ride to Heathrow and Trafalger without changing lines. Lots of shops and places to eat near by. Although the room was small I would highly recomend.

Had a lovely night stay here for my birthday. A brilliant location, only short walk to 2 tubes stations. Great room with great facilities, black out curtains, always a must for me! The bathroom is lovely and even a television in the bath! The smellies were great and there is even a few free drinks in the mini bar, branded... More

Terrible service. In no way a 5 star hotel. They are not interested in looking after client needs. No focus on the client. Avoid unless you are absolutely desperate and then stay on the street. Never to return. Plus the perpetual humming Arab music keeping you awareness awake 24/7

Adria hotel is an excellent hotel for boutique lovers, it is amazing how they transformed this old building to this great hotel, I loved the food, rooms, and lobby. However, it is not cheap though, I believe they should think about their prices. Its location is 10 min walk from harrods, the tube is just 1 min walk, I loved... More

Stayed for just one night a few weeks ago as my grandson and I were going to the ballet at the Royal Albert Hall. This is a lovely boutique hotel in a very good location. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the tube station. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. I think we had the smallest room but... More

Staying in South Kensington

Neighbourhood Profile
South Kensington
With its ivied mews, row upon row of Poppins-esque white washed mansions, and placid garden squares, it's easy to see the charms of South Kensington. And with superb access to Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington Gardens, as well as the largely child-friendly and mostly free Museum Quarter (not to mention more major attractions like Royal Albert Hall) such charms are easy to make the most of. As welcoming and cosmopolitan as it is reserved and residential, South Kensington is always a hit with visitors.
