A step back in time!

I booked this quickly and missed the part about the shared bathroom, so this was a bit of a surprise. It all worked out well. The room was big comfortable and clean. It had a sink for brushing your teeth and you have your own shower. The toilet was just a few doors down and always available when I needed it. This is a great location and I enjoyed my stay here.…

Friendly staff. Hotel is in a central location with many attractions within walking distance. The room I had was very large with double bed, sofa, desk etc and still lots of space in the room. The only negative in relation to the room was that the power sockets were not convenient to the bed or desk.…

Good Value - Good Servce

Had two recently stays in this hotel in a semi -ensuite room so you get a shower but no toilet. Room is very comfortable, tea and coffee available.. Breakfast is basic but enjoyable. Generally clean hotel is clean if a little worn. You get what you pay for , I was lucky to get two good deals not sure £150 for the same type of room I would be so pleased, but give The Lancaster a go, the Grange Website is cheaper than Booking.com etc. 10 minutes walk to Covent Garden…

This hotel is clean, comfortable and not too hot/cold. It's a great location and base for you to explore the West End with it's theatres and restaurants. We had 3 adults staying in one room and it was large enough for all of us to sleep comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful and the check in process is fairly quick. The only thing that i would say is that its needs a lick of paint to spruce it up a little.…

Too hot 🥵

This hotel offer great value and the service at reception was top notch! The problem is the room temp was about 28 degrees! Too hot! Great location. The room interior and standard. Of cleanliness was very good!

Thinking of staying here overnight due to proximity to Shaftesbury Theatre, would like reassurances that management has taken action regarding the bed bugs, and have generally upped the staffs game in response to some of these reviews, I would assume they monitor Trip Advisor closely.

Does the Superior Double Room have a private bathroom with toilet?
