Great stay, we even got a bottle of Prosecco. Lovely luxury grounds, lovely bathroom, quiet road & local to everything. Easy key pick and drop off. The stay was 2 nights and it exceeded our expectations. Good amenities and love the downstairs kitchen.

Very nice and well equiped apartments in Hammersmith, closeby the Eventim Apollo Hall where we attended a concert, and also closeby to the underground, a necessity to get around London. We had a very pleasant stay.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and facilities were excellent. The double bed was very comfy but the single mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. Out of hours access was very confusing as there are so many doors and the number on the key fob didn't match the building. The emergency number didn't work so it took us an hour and a very helpful bar manager from next door for us to finally find and access the property at 1am.

It was a very nice apartment, the Kirchen Equipment could be better. Was well located, the Subway is easily Accessible in foot and the Connection was very good. Restaurants, Bars and Supermarkt near by. Check in and out was quick and uncomplicated. Staff was very friendly.

The apartment is in a perfect location. There is an underground station and a bus station within minutes. On the other side of the block there is a small grocery shop, 2 wine bars and a coffee shop. The house was fully equipped. It’s a two bedroom apartment with a double bed in one room and a twin room. There is also a backyard! It’s very cozy and perfect for family or two couples. I definitely recommend it!

If you have to visit London West without being isolated from the city, and want to have a quiet place to relax and sleep well, this is the spot for you. Expect a tiny house with everything in it and an excellent bed and daylight (and sun on sunny days) coming in. During rush hours there is the inevitable big city noise of traffic but for the remaining time this street is quiet and green. Four underground lines are to be chosen from and the Thames with its footpath is nearby. Supermarkets and morning coffee bars as well.

A perfectly good apartment for one person only using it as a sleep-and-washing base. Noise from the flat above could disturb sleep, but noise-cancelling headphones solved the issue. Blinds are very hard to open and close - awkward for a subterranean flat.

Overall the stay was nice and comfortable. The apartment was in well situated, easy access to the subway. The room we had was very warm maybe because gas heating was installed there. The bed cover was also thick and keeping very warm.

We arrived at 9:00am (official open time). There is still close no reception there. We have to wait outside at least 15mins. Finally, one guy knocked the door heavily. the staff finally opened the door. The staff told us that we will have the room at 4:00pm and we returned at 4:00pm. They said the room is not ready yet. We need to wait one hour there until 5:00pm. When we go to the room, that room is not the one which we booked, we ask for change back the room. The staff told us that the room which we booked is occupied by someone and there is no more room left. I together with my family with old person. So, i have no choice to take the room and the staff confirmed they will gave us a discount in this case. The room is in a basement which is not convenient for old person and with heavy baggage. The awful experience are that 1) there are so many little fly in the main bathroom, 2) the water pressure is very low which is difficult to take shower, 3) Hot water supply is not stable. When we checked out the staff still not confirmed how to give us the discount. It is the worst experience for me to stay in an apartment until today.…
