Service of the staff was second to none, everyone we had contact with was so friendly + helpful. Room om the 1st floor was very modern, very clean + quiet. The whole hotel is very modern + clean. Only 1 slight niggle was even with the temperature at 28 (highest) it was a little chilly for me. Lovely hot showers,...

Good value for money We didn't need transport - with a small suitcase if was an easy walk from Waterloo Station. The room was as always very clean, no frills but all the basics were included. Good if you just need a clean comfortable place to stay.

This hotel is in a superb location near Westminster bridge and behind the London eye. I would recommend it to anyone to stay. You would think because of the price it would be basic but it isn't. I have stayed in 4 and 5 sta hotels this comes very close indeed.

Hi, we stopped here for four nights in early March '17. The hotel is a bit smaller than the County Hall Hotel, about 100 yards away. It feels a bit more homely somehow. Our room was on the ground floor. It was spacious, clean and equipped to the usual "Premier" standard. There was however a small amount of traffic noise...

So handy for Waterloo Main Line Station, not only that this Premier Inn remains as good as ever. Fast check in, Front Staff the same as last year, welcoming and helpful. Even the Barman remembered us. Breakfast and evening meals consistently good. Why go any where else.

Ideally situated close to Waterloo Station. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Meal deal is good value and saves going off site to eat. Room was clean nicely decorated and bed very comfortable. Travelled by train therefore cannot report on parking facilities in the area.

Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn, with a clean room and comfortable bed. A very good location near to the London Eye and within walking distance of Westminster Abbey and the river boats.

I recently stayed on business and had the "pleasure" of some noisy guests in the next door room who came in about midnight and started being very noisy. I finally rang reception about 3am who did come up, but the noise carried on until about 4.30 am. So I only had 2 hours sleep, which ruined the rest of my...

This is a great location. Very good value for money. Comfy bed and nice shower. Basic but clean and tidy - perfect for someone who is not going to spend much time in their room apart from sleeping. Breakfast good but there is a different price for Continental and cooked - I think they should combine this otherwise if you...

The hotel requires a little finding initially from Waterloo Station (5-6mins walk), but the room was clean and basic. Not the biggest of room but could do with the amount I paid. Staff was pretty friendly but the street was a little quiet, good for a night's sleep. They have a convenient store just across the street as well.
