We stayed here for just one night and believe me I have never been as disappointed with an hotel in all my life. We arrived on the edge of dark and had bother finding where if was located. It is a good 15 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush station. The guy at the check in desk was Egyptian and his...

Stayed here for 4 nights. Where to start... the bathroom, I am 5 ft 4 normal build. I stayed here with my father and brother both whom are at least 5ft 10. Now imagine if I struggled to fit into the bathroom, how they felt. There was no space to move. Getting into the shower was a task in itself!...

This facility is a 5 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush underground station and a 7 minute walk from the Westfield shopping centre.I chose this hotel because it was 1 minute walk from the Young Dancer's Academy and West London School of Dance. It was adequate for 1 night and good value. The hotel is more of a bed and breakfast located in...

Clean ( newly painted - literally still painting as we arrived basement room) could not have windows open all night due to noisy neighbours and folk in street. No breakfast offered or available. Shower room very small and towel rail had to be covered to stop kiddies burning themselves. Only one staff member, polite and fairlyhelpful. Very handy for the...

Six nights resulting from a poorly thought out Priceline three star (???) bid. This is not a three star property. It began with our arrival after an all night flight from the US--With a straight face the desk person asked for 10 pounds to store two small travel bags for three hours. It continued with a bathroom that no one...

Stayed in this place for a week in october 2015. Rugby World Cup was on, so prices were high - this was one of the few Places I could afford. It turned out very nice. It's more like a B&B than a hotel, so if you are able to open the doors yourself this will make a good and decent...

Fortunately I didn't pay for my stay at this hotel as this was covered by my company, I cannot comment on the overall value of this place. In total I stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks in a twin room - it is a very basic hotel with two seperate buildings and very basic ameneties. Unfortunately upon arrival on...

Water coming out of the light fittings in the ceiling, brown slimy mouldy shower. Definitely not worth the £216.60 spent for a two night stay. Manger no where to be seen! No one there who was bothered with my complaint. Avoid this hotel. Customer service dreadful

Our room had water coming out of light from a leak from rooms above and shower was disgusting and looked like it had been filed by a blind person. Beds were comfortable but teenagers gathering outside talking all night isn't what you need for a good night sleep avoid at all cost

I cannot say enough about my poor experience at this hotel. It began the moment I tried to check in. I realize I was three hours early, so I asked if I could leave my bag at the counter for a few hours while I walked around my neighborhood. They refused to do so without charging me 10 pounds!! What...
