The location was excellent, the check in process was fairly seamless (although our room wasn't quite ready when we arrived), the restaurant was awesome (especially Albino and his team who are super friendly and attentive). Only real downside is that the room was incredibly small but that's the room I booked! Overall had a lovely time here.

What an amazing experience. Very good location, elegant hotel, nice rooms , great restaurant and above all the most friendly staff, starting from Bianca from the reception team to the wonderful La Terraza team : Albino who knows the name of every single guest, Asrar and her amazing coffee, Cesar who is always there day and night and the rest of the team. Check my separate review of this amazing restaurant. Also it was a great surprise to find Shataf in the bathroom. Overall this hotel is an exceptional one in everything . Really enjoyed my 3 nights and will definitely come back

What a lovely hotel! Very friendly & professional staff (reception & restaurant), delicious food at the restaurant (must try mind blowing cakes prepared by their pastry chef for breakfast & lunch). Hotel gives you access to a great gym, right next door with classes, pool & everything. Quiet area, slept very well :)

What a magical place to stay! Just quaint and comfortable, yet stylishly elegant. Pristine and quiet, this Hotel offers a great London location. We logged in over 27,000 steps in our journey around the city. I am old and found this centralized location was great!!! Perfect for these 68 year old legs. I was impressed with the cleanliness. Room service was on queue. The Restaurant and service was impeccable. Al’ B was the greatest!!! Personalized attention in the restaurant. Remembering our smiling faces and he the most gracious host. This stay at Xenia was just delightful. I am approaching the Bucket List years and I am one by one picking them off. My London trip with my Granddaughter has made dreams come true. Amazing hotel, amazing staff, best customer service and breakfast in London! I checked in for a business and already my check in experience was unique . Was taking care at the highest level, getting rooms immediately once was ready . Rooms are just the same small size than in an average London hotel but they are super clean and tidy with all the amenities available . Front desk staff is always helpful , smiling and ready to assist you in anything . Very professional , and very competent ! Every staff member does an exemptional job. Breakfast was wow! If you have been in London already you know that most of the hotel has an average breakfast but here… everything was fresh and great. It’s an Italian restaurant at the daytime so you find a bit of an Italian touch during the morning time as well especially when it comes to coffee - sweets ( plante of gluten free options , best I’ve ever seen) and hospitality . Staff is amazing , proactive , knowing your name after 30 minutes and your preferences . You don’t feel being “thrown out” once breakfast hours are over , they still try to serve you the highest till you wish to sit around and enjoy that cappuccino with your delicious cake. Gréât location Good breakfast Service ok No gym but they give you accès to a near by gym which is super nice. Good value for London, room are smalls but convenient. We had a problem with some ventilation noise one night and it was fixed right away

Booked this hotel for a girls trip to London. All three of us loved it! It is beautiful and has a modern, artsy vibe. It has an adjacent restaurant (La Terrazza) and a small, but gorgeous bar area. Rooms ARE quite small. However everything that you need is there. Loved that they had nice bath sheets, instead of the smaller bath towels. The BEST thing about this hotel was the staff. They were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! Bianca and Dario were particularly impressive. A four star hotel with a five star staff. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in London!

2 nights stay in London was a mixed bag for us. Location perfect Service and attention Perfect F&B through La Terrazza Perfect Pricing Perfect Hotel room, this is where we had the issues. Room size even with upgrade was very small, could not move around in room and bathroom. We also had serious issue with AC whihc would not cool down room to acceptable level. Pity as Hotel has many positive vibes, it is just the rooms as such which were disappointing, below any Marriott standard.

Loved this little boutique hotel which was recommended to us by a friend. It’s in the perfect location as it's close to both Harrods and hydepark. Personally thought the breakfast was a bit too expensive and decided not to have it. The rooms were clean and we had a view of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful in every way they could especially Ruwi who was at front desk. If we come to London will stay here again.
