Booked the Horse and Stables again for the second year running for our annual reunion celebrating 35+ years of friendship.... The staff were brilliant. They reserved an area for 30 of us at no extra cost and helped us to have a fantastic afternoon (including being able to watch the FA Cup final!) Food was good value and varied menu...

We booked the hostel on the internet and when we arrived they had lost our reservation, so we could only stay one night and then they would move us to another hostel. On the only night we stayed, there was a mouse in our room and the staff didn't seem to worry about it.

We stayed there three nights in double room with shared bathroom. Room was clean, with basic furniture. Showers and toilets were quite a surpirse - new, clean and always available. Usually I worry about showers and toilets when I stay at hostels, but not here :) Fantastic location, you can easily reach every part of London, Waterloo Station just around...

The location of the hostel is absolutely amazing; right next to the underground (Lambeth North), but only about a 10 minute walk to Westminster Bridge and the Big Ben. As stated in other reviews the bathrooms were indeed very small, but overall clean. Breakfast is nice; toast, cereals, tea, coffee, orange juice, milk and fresh fruits. The best part is...

My boyfriend and I were attending a gig in central London and wanted to stay the night in London but didn't want to pay ridiculous prices! I found this place on hostel world and glad I did. We were treated by very friendly staff, the check in process was easy and we were given everything we needed. We ate here...
