The Staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful had a comfortable stay but staff made it great would definitely stay again the rooms were a good size for 4 of us and really clean. Breakfast good plenty to choose from

Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) stayed in the penthouse apartment. The flat was clean and bright. There was air conditioning in each room that allowed us to individually control temperature. The Wi-Fi was very good. The place was quiet especially when windows were closed. The windows opened completely which was great for fresh air. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. The tube was 5 mts away and great Cafes and restaurants steps away.

We were a family of 4 staying at Manson Place. The location is quiet and central, and our apartment was very nice, both bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen. Very convenient to have a manned reception 24/7, with helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely return!

This place is in need of serious updates. Cleaning crew is not good. Obviously management is not putting any money into this place. Walls haven’t been painted for a very long time. For a weeks stay for 5 it’s over $5000 usd. There are stains on the carpet, stains on the walls (gum included), mold in the shower, 2 members of our party had cold showers. Bedding was dirty and had to have blankets replaced. We reserved for 5 people and were only 4 beds and no sofa bed. They wanted to charge me extra for a roll away bed for our fifth person. After traveling prior for a week we needed to do laundry, which states a washer and dryer in apt. Dryer doesn’t dry and we had to waste an entire day doing small loads and hang drying all over the apt. Stay far away from this dump.

Before the pandemic curtailed travel I had enjoyed at least 7 stays at 7 Manson place . I was pleased to return after a two year gap and enjoyed 35 days in apartment 14. As before, the apartment was clean and comfortable and Forhan the manager and his staff were friendly and helpful with the few and very minor maintenance issues that needed attention. The bed is comfortable ,the bathroom well equipped with large ,good quality towels ,the sitting room also comfortable and the kitchen has all that is necessary for self catering with a washer/ dryer ,dishwasher and all cooking facilities and utensils. I love this place ,my home when in London ! The location is excellent ,at the end of a quiet cul de sac but near restaurants and a Waitrose in the Old Brampton road. South Kensington station is a short walk ,serviced by three underground lines and outside the station are bus stops for several bus routes. I look forward to my next visit to London and Manson place. We stayed in a very spacious apartment with a full kitchen. It was in a very nice neighbourhood in London and walking distance to the Underground. The staff were very friendly and helpful in proving directions. We would stay there again.

Booked fir 3 people a 2 Big bedrooms flat for a 1 week stay. The flat was very modern designed, clean, all necessary Modern kitchen accessories were there including a washing machine ! comfortable beds and big salon and a nice balcony ( for smokers). The areas is very fancy and near tube station ( south Kensington tube ). Big thanks for both Maria and Marta - receptionist who welcome us very nice and were very helpful with everything ! Def. come back there when I come back to London .

The location and neighborhood were very nice. Easy access to transportation, parks, restaurants, shopping and museums. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Apartment space was adequate however it is in need of upgrading. Carpets were stained as were bed linens and furniture. There was no coffee maker and washer is a washer/dryer combination which was at best tedious and time consuming. With upgrades this would be a lovely property however I do not feel it was to a four star standard.
