Love this hotel, great service with beautiful rooms in great location. The rooms are very well appointed with nothing to fault at all. Would definitely return and stay on my next visit to London. Can highly recommend.

We've been to the Soho quite a number of times now, I regularly meet friends there, we meet in the morning, have coffee, and stay all day, eating lunch in the restaurant with cocktails afterwards. I've also had a champagne afternoon tea at the Soho which was very good indeed. The staff are really friendly and attentive, nothing is too...

We were here celebrating a special occasion and found this Lovely hotel. Very good location. Staff, food and drinks were amazing. The room was very quiet clean and plenty of amenities. If I had any recommendations for the hotel it would be to make it clear which coffee is what in English for the coffee machine in the room.

Busy busy busy but attentive staff and a fantastic cocktail list. Worth the standing for the people watching alone. Get early for bar stools. Great staff, thanks for looking after us. Try the Higgins No.5

From the minute you arrive at this hotel you are treated to 10 star service. The staff are all warm and friendly and appear genuinely interested in you as a guest. I was treated to a night here for my birthday and with the upgraded room and the champagne it made what was already a fantastic weekend even better. A...

The problem is - how to keep this short and to the point! This wonderful boutique 5 star hotel with am ambience that improves year on year (like a good wine). Interior that is constantly being re-Invented by the renown joint owner Kit Kemp & her team. The blend of old and new enhanced by a wonderful blend of extravagant...

I organised an afternoon for my sister in law for her birthday and the staff all made a point of saying happy birthday which was a nice touch. The food was lovely especially the risotto balls! The staff were all lovely and very attentive! I'll be going back!

Booked the Soho for a weekend in London to celebrate my 40th. Wasn't disappointed. Booked the "Winter Package" which included upgraded room, breakfast and two cocktails. I would echo the others reviews on here with regard to the staff - they are clearly well trained and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Room was well appointed and...

This was our 4th stay and despite being hypercritical of hotels, it is a real pleasure staying here. It is the design throughout the hotel and the quality of staff and service that make it so special, along with the fact that it is very far removed from business type hotels and also 'classic' 5 star hotels. Although there are...

Staying in Soho

Neighbourhood Profile
Soho
The go-to district for a good time in London, Soho hosts a wealth of world-class theatres and a compelling lineup of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, and clubs. At Soho's core is London's original Red Light District and the epicenter of the LGBT scene – and thus the city's hottest nightlife. For shopping enthusiasts, Soho is not only the home of London's greatest concentration of boutique shops, but also the most strategic place to set off on a tour of the world's most celebrated department stores. In the southern part of the neighbourhood lies Chinatown, with its multitude of delicious and affordable restaurants. Closer to the Thames, Chinatown's narrow and teeming lantern-lit lanes spill onto the expansive hub of glitzy Leicester Square.
