Only a short walk from Lancaster Gate station and easy to find. Fairly quiet would stay again. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Just a short walk and you are in Hyde Park. Breakfast was good plenty of choice.

Just stayed there and the room was really tiny and since the bathroom has no heat and are all tiled it was freezing, like sitting on an icecube the toilet was. Very clean rooms and nice service. The hotel in general are a bit worn down but for the price you pay it is ok. And good wi-fi that is... More

The hotel is located very near the Lancaster Gate underground station, and only a block from beautiful Kensington Gardens. But it's far enough away from the center of London so that the neighborhood is not inundated with tourists. Special treat -- very large, fluffy bath towels. Buffet breakfast is ample -- eggs, ham, beans, mushrooms, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cheese, cereal,... More

Well situated hotel just off Bayswater Road and very close to Lancaster Gate metro station. My wife and I enjoy to walk and this is an ideal location to explore Hyde Park, Mayfair, Oxford Street etc. My only criticism was our double room was quite small. However, the bedding, bathroom and room in general were spotless. Renovations were taking place... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and chose this hotel specifically as you did not have to pay until you got there. As it wasn't payday until just before we went, this was a good option for us as we were still able to book other things to do before we arrived. However, once I'd booked the hotel, £135 was... More

We booked this hotel as we thought it was close to public transport but it wasn't. It was also u der repair outside which was a bit noisy. However, the room was OK - tiny and a needing a bit of restoration - but the staff were absolutely fantastic. I was really impressed with how they went out of their... More

Dear Milly, Thanks for your review. We are sorry that the hotel & location didn't meet to up to your expectations. The work being done is to the tank room on top floor which should be completed soon & will result in vastly improved water pressure to all rooms. The work is carried out Monday to Friday from 10am till... More

Me and 3 friends stayed at this hotel for one night at a weekend, whilst we were visiting the theatre. The hotel is conveniently located, around 10 minutes walk from Lancaster Gate tube station, and opposite Hyde Park. There is a fab pub opposite the hotel called The Mitre- great selection of craft ales, ciders and spirits in a great... More

This hotel is located right by Hyde Park and just a few steps away from the underground train. An easy walk to shopping and restaurants. So handy! The rooms are small, but make up for it in cleanliness, newly renovated bathrooms, a wonderful breakfast and such a friendly staff! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
