Great location, tucked away in a quiet street off Bloomsbury Square. Very comfortable stay with no complaints. Good value for London, especially given that we were upgraded to an 'Executive' room. Would definitely stay again.

I have often stayed in Grange hotels so far, but never on Buckingham. I booked executive double more than month in advance asking for a quiet room. When I arrived, I was offered a room in a basement. A nice receptionist explained that this is the only quiet room they have. As I really need a quiet room to be able to sleep, I was not able to stay in the street front one I was offered in exchange. Grange Hotels, I think it is not fair to advertise and charge the executive room price for what you have offered me. You put me in difficult position at the time I expected to have a good and relaxed evening.

Walking distance from st pancras station and other important sightseeing. Walk to Russell Park in 7 minutes which has a station and 2 minutes to British museum. We had free breakfast included in our hotel room.
