We stayed in this hotel for two nights. The staff are happy, helpful and considerate. The two breakfasts and one evening meal we had were delicious and good value for money. The only problems I had were our electronic door keys stopped working and had to be changed for new ones twice. The main foyer walls look like they could...

My family and I stayed at the King's Cross London Premier Inn at the beginning and end of a two-week visit from the US. I cannot say enough about how great the hotel is. A few highlights: 1. Staffing: Compliments to Abid and all the staff who were welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Online check in was...

I often stay in Premier Inns when going on trips on which 5* hotels are not a priority, and I have to say that this is one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed in, and I have already booked a second stay for a theatre trip later in the year. The location is unbeatable if you're travelling by train...

Dear Spangletastic, Thank you very much for your kind comments. As you say, one of our greatest advantages is our fantastic location. Not only are we proximate to both King's Cross and St. Pancras International stations, but our location next to an Underground station and a multitude of bus routes provides our guests with easy access to locations across the...

We stayed here for two nights - one night on the way to France by Eurostar and the other night a week later on the way back. The staff were lovely and helpful, the restaurant is good and there's loads of choice at breakfast. I asked for a quiet room and that's what I got. The bed is really comfy...

premier is overloaded and so not checkingrooms properly. on my recent stay the safe was bust - the aircon was bust and a bedside table missing! The reception advised that the maintenance person had left for the day. The bar would not serve tea ( it is on the menu )because they were too busy! They are out of control....

We only stayed one night at the Premier Inn Kings Cross as we were catching the early morning Eurostar to Paris. We had a family room for 2 adults and 2 children below 10. The room was small, they converted the sofa into a single bed and placed a small roll away bed into the room. This took up all...

Very good hotel except the breakfast which is not tasty because too industrial. Otherwise, very good welcome and very available staff. Very confortable rooms including A pleasant bathroom. Just something to notice: no toothglass, but maybe it is the rule in UK !

This pleasant hotel is in a great location, adjacent to King's Cross railway and underground station. Our twin room was what might be described as London-small, and we paid around double the amount that a similar room in the provinces would have cost. The room was fairly basic, yet perfectly adequate for one night, clean, in good condition and with...

We stayed here for just one night before an early start on the eurostar. I picked it due to its close location to St Pancras, as it was only £69 for the room we didn't expect a great deal from it. We were pleasantly surprised from the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and welcoming which is...
