This Grange hotel has the best sports bar in the City. It's a class act and if the punters only matched the surroundings it would be world class. Let's hope that it competes for the true sports nuts in time . They tend to be in the Rising Sun up Carter Lane!

The hotel is nice as the staff BUT you won't sleep . Indeed this giant hotel rents some areas too companies to organize parties. You wont be authorized to be part of a party but you will have the pleasure to hear the music until the next morning while you will be in your bed... ENJOY ! THEN I will...

We stumbled onto this hotel by accident, as our usual hotels that accommodate us when we are in London such as The May Fair, The Soho Hotel and The Dorchester Hotel had zero availability. However, The Grange offered no disappointment and definitely no compromise. From the moment we arrived at The Grange to the point of our departure, the staff...

Stayed here recently for our wedding anniversary. The lobby, reception and bar are all really polished, modern and trendy - unfortunately this leaves the rooms themselves feeling a bit of a let down. Whilst nice enough on first impressions when you look closely the cleaning standard doesn't match the high price tag of this hotel. The bathroom at first glance...

Checked in early and received an upgrade. Conceierge volunteered to help with luggage. Friendly check in. Modern and comfortable rooms. Didn't have time to check out the hotel but looked great from my brief time there.

I had to book a hotel at the last minute and was lucky to get a room here - it's fabulously designed even though my inner housewife kept tutting at all that glass to keep clean. The rooms are rather less original - I think they came off a shelf called blandly corporate - but they are supremely comfortable. They...

Great hotel for weekend break. Good range of bars & restaurants. Very comfortable beds. Location is great for most London attractions, all within reasonable walking distance. Wold stay again. The Long Island Iced Tea is definitely worth a try 😊

Most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in. We got a free upgrade and free breakfast each spontaneously! Staff were really amazing but didn't mither which I loved. Hotel room was so clean, all appliances so easy to use, great location, breakfast was busy but the food was great and so much choice. Photos don't do justice to how stunning the...

The Grange St. Paul's Hotel is across from St. Pauls' on a quite street. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Just a walk down the side street are several small local pubs. Trafalgar Square is a 15 minute walk and the Underground is a three minute walk. My rate included the breakfast buffet which was delicious and bountiful--many, many options...

Staying in City of London

Neighbourhood Profile
City of London
From its ancient past as a Roman trading outpost to its 21st century status as the wealthiest square mile in the world, the financial district known simply as “The City” is one of London's most historic and fascinating neighbourhoods. Here high rise office towers such as Norman Foster’s Gherkin mingle with Roman ruins and architectural marvels from virtually every era in between, including Christopher Wren's glorious St.Paul's Cathedral, and John Soane's dauntingly classicist Bank of England. This neighbourhood is also home to some of the finest restaurants and plushest hotels in Europe, in addition to an assortment of of watering holes, upscale shops, and Tube stations. During the week, the City is abuzz with white collar workers going about their business; the weekend sees this area turn into a quiet haven for sightseers.
