This hotel was perfect for what we needed for a base to stay during a trip to Wembley. On arrival, the hotel has a secure car park where they come and open the gate for you. We then checked in, staff were friendly and the room was good. Large room , very clean , with everything you would need. Tea/coffee,... More

A comfortable and modern hotel but unbelievable that a person born and bred in England numerous decades ago was requested to produce a passport at check in. I have worked in London for more than 40 years and have never carried a passport etc.

We booked this hotel last minute as our other accommodation was cancelled last minute. This hotel was very reasonably priced clean and had really comfortable beds. All the buses are about 20 mins from the London eye so very accessible. Breakfast was fairly limited so lucky enough we didn't opt for it. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for one night only, thank god, service not really good, I asked for an iron & board via the room phone and was told where to get it from downstairs myself. I stayed in a room with a double & single bed, beds were fine . The bathroom was atrocious, very badly finished and needs a total overhaul.... More

Late rail problems decided to stay 'in-town' rather than commute. This place is easy to find, my room, up two flights of narrow stairs then down steps into the room. The room was very basic, fan didn't work, shower was similar to a caravan, no towel rail to hang the towels on either. Only shampoo and packet soap (you know... More

I rated this hotel as very good, because it provides what you need. The room was quiet and clean and basic. It was in the area I wanted to stay. The price was fine for London. So absolutely nothing to complain about. Perhaps the only drawback was being on the second floor without a lift.

I was blown away by how nice our stay was. Reception was kind, check in was easy. Wished there was a lift as we packed a bit much, but being on level 1 wasn't so bad. Room was a bit hot, especially compared to the cool outside, and didn't get better with the hot day. But after a rainy day,... More

There is a demolition site behind the hotel begins work 8 am so no late nights ! The whole room vibrated. The Hotel picture is misleading no nice exterior awnings seats etc, just a large rubbish dumpster in need of emptying. The room - Beds poor, double held together with duck tape, rolled straight to middle of mattress with 2... More

Was back here two weeks ago. Still good value for money, on a basic no frills somewhere-to-sleep basis. Evidence of steady improvement: new carpets on the stairs and corridors, bathroom refurbished. ..
