Wouldn't recommend

Really, really squeaky floor, noise from other rooms, water damage in the bathroom, repaired drain in tub, live spider in the window, cracked paint on walls and windows, floor cracked in some places. No security in lifts so anyone can walk in from the street, single chain on the door. Could not find scissors or a pen to write with in the room. Outdated. Pictures of rooms when ordering much nicer.…

Very convenient, clean and good value

It took only a few minutes to check in and we were upgraded to a two bedroom appartment rather than a one bedroom. We have stayed here before and hence we booked again. The appartments are not huge and may need a bit of renovation, but fantastic value, clean and everything that you could need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom although small, it was lovely to have a bath not a shower. The appartment was quiet and very comfortable. I would not stay anywhere else.…

I always stay at Chelsea Cloisters in London..I fell like at home! very good location..very clean..safe and great rooms..friendly and helpfull staff.near supermarkets,restaurants ,tube station and everything that you need!

Quick Trips

I make frequent short trips to London and The Cloisters serves me very well. Perfectly placed for museums, shops, parks and some nice pubs. The rooms are compact and cosy and the staff are very helpful. Alexandra and Sandeep couldn't have been more helpful when I had a little problem with bath towels on my last trip and George, the door 'officer' always gets the weather right ;o).…

POSITIVES. Apartment was very clean; beds and bedding very clean and comfy. Small kitchen but everything you need for a short stay incl tea towels and cloths. Reception staff friendly. 5 - 7min walk from tube. 4 stops to central London. Small supermarket and range of restaurants close by. NEGATIVES; In need of renovation. Peeling paint on walls, damp patches, rotting window cills. Bathrooms very clean but also in need of renovation.…

Are the sofa beds comfortable enough for a 10 night stay? We are travelling with our 18 year old son who is 6’

I slept well for one night. I’m 6’2” and 17st!! He’ll be fine. We were in the Penthouse though. Not sure what the sofa beds are like in the other rooms but if you bag the Penthouse, he’ll be fine! Hope it helps.
