Hotel's Favourite
We arrived just before lunchtime, not expecting our rooms to be ready but they were- amazing !! The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very light and bright. Good sized room with a double wardrobe, queen sized bed, desk/dressing table, kitchenette which was well stocked with plates etc and a good sized fridge, hob and microwave. The shower was big and plenty of hot water and lovely soft big towels and beautiful toiletries. Good sized bathroom. On the Sunday we checked out but we were going to the Ritz and asked we could get changed before traveling home which they said it was no problem just pop back in. We had paid for parking at another hotel but realised on Sunday there was free parking spaces outside so we moved the car just outside. Hotel is very central to lots of attractions and Gloucester Road tube is only a few minutes walk also a Tesco and Waitrose is only a short walk away, All the staff we came in contact with were very helpful and pleasant. Our son and his wife used the gym and said it was very good for being in a hotel and not busy. Throughly recommend staying here if in this part of London. Can’t wait to return. Thank you for a great stay and all your friendship

A family trip to London - upgraded FOC to the suites due to the Park Int’l Hotel being closed.
The 2 bedroom suite in Kensington proved perfect for two adults with 2 children (11 and 4).
The small kitchen and cooking equipment proved very useful for keeping the children fed out of normal hours.
Great location just a few minutes walk to the Natural History Museum, Sloane Street e.t.c.
Front of house manager, Vijay, is the perfect host. Nothing is too much trouble, genuinely nice guy who goes the extra mile to ensure a stress free vacation.
Highly recommended!

While off to a rocky start, we ended up pleased with our stay and would recommend this property.
The booking process was not especially pleasant as it had to be done over the phone rather than online. In this day and age, that just seems like a poor business decision. Further the person who took my reservation was a bit curt and not especially welcoming. Lastly the reservation was non refundable despite booking months in advance. That gave me pause but we were keen on having a 2 bedroom so took the chance.
In the end our concerns were unfounded and we had a lovely 2 night stay here.
The location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the tube station, restaurants and shops. The building itself is attractive and charming while the interiors are renovated. The front desk staff were always warm and helpful in all our interactions.
The apartment itself was well fit out and more than adequate for our 2 night stay. We were a family of 4 with two young children so having separate sleeping quarters is always a plus. The living area was spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms modern and the bedrooms sufficient.
My only complaint was the bedding. Pillows were extremely flat and not supportive and the sheets were a bit threadbare.
The combined washer/dryer unit did not dry very well but there was a clothing rack in the closet as well as full size dryers in the basement to use if needed.
We did not eat at the hotel but there was plenty of food for purchase nearby so there was really no need.
Overall, the apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay very much. Would happily return to this property.

I booked the bigger 40 sq meter, more expensive executive studio. I was assigned to a room on the top floor (501) which had exterior walls which rose high above the windows in the room blocking every bit of the view outside such that all I could see was the sky. The high walls that completely block your view of the outside and the leaning pillars of a top floor flat will make you feel like you are in prison in this room. I remember being assigned this room during my early days staying here with Fraser but i was simply passing by then and just needed a place to rest. However, I was not about to get stuck for four nights in this room this time round. If you are claustrophobic as I am, don’t stay in 501. I was given a choice to move to a slightly better lower ground floor which was located across to the busy staff room. The top floor prison or the underground room? A very difficult choice indeed....
On the second night while showering, the hot water did not work. I had to brave through the cold shower. Imagine what a chilling experience it was for me! 🥶 I reported the incident to the front desk and was told to keep the hot water running for 15 minutes. I could see that this was not a reasonable solution after I spent more than 15 minutes showering , it simply would not fix the problem. The front desk soon realized that the problem was with the boiler as she started receiving complaints from many other rooms.
The room and its accessories now need a little modernizing. They need to provide a little more extras such as drinking water and detergent or an umbrella in case of a rainy day in London.
I have been coming to Fraser every occasion I get in the last 10 years, and each time looking forward to staying at Fraser Queen’s Gate. But this time round Fraser has managed to disappoint on many fronts.

These are serviced apartments in a good location (handy to the Gloucester Tube Station and Waitrose supermarket) Its a relatively short walk to Kensington Gardens for morning walks and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The Natural History Museum is one block away. The Staff were all lovely and the standard of cleaning was excellent. But, as is most common in London, the apartments are in an old building with no sound insulation & squeaky floorboards so the rooms are noisy. We wore earplugs when sleeping. We were shown three different one - bedroom apartments of varying sizes. They all have slightly different layouts and sizes, but the kitchens are very small with limited bench space and a double element cooktop, a convection microwave (no oven) toaster and kettle.. No dish washer but there was a clothes washing machine/dryer in the kitchen/living area.
Bathrooms are well laid out and warm. Some have shower only, while others have a shower over a bath. I thought the bed and pillows were uncomfortable but reminded myself that this is a reasonably priced apartment not an expensive hotel. You get what you pay for and London accomodation has always been extremely expensive.

Too many things broken and long waits for the elevator, it seems they don't understand that each visitors stay should be optimal for the standard they are paying for. Otherwise the visitor should be offered compensation. Staff use the same coffee machine as the guests and they vacuum during breakfast hours. Loud annoying music being played from a tv during breakfast hours. It seems no one really care about the details and give the place the love it needs. I've stayed at many less starred hotels that have way better service.

15 days stay at Executive Studio. Great location and safe neighbors. Gloucester Road station is just a few minutes walk and there is a supermarket, drugstore, and restaurant next to the station. Starbucks, Kentucky, and other Fast food shops are there and there are nice restaurants too. There are many embassies close to the hotel so it's a very safe area. We could walk around even at night.
If you prefer luxurious hotels, probably this is not the place to stay. however, as a hotel apartment for a long stay and for this price, this hotel will meet the expectation.
Breakfast was included in our stay. Food is just easy stuff, however, there were many different kinds of bread and cereals, so we'd never be tired of it. When my daughter didn't feel good, the man at the breakfast place gave us some bags to bring food back to my room.
The laundry machine in my room didn't dry completely, but there are some washing machines and driers underground. When I was tired and just wash some stuff, it was very nice to have a small washing machine and drier in my room. I just put laundry stuff on the towel drier.
Come to think of the price, this wide room and the well-renovated room is a nice place to stay.
Sometimes I heard footsteps from the room above, but it didn't last long and was not that annoying for us at the moment.
Overall It was a nice stay.

While the location was ideal and the price fair given the area and our length of stay, our overall experience was less than good. Upon arrival we were greeted by an unfriendly individual at the check-in desk. After the person checking us in had given us the keys and provided us with information regarding the hotel and some of its amenities, we were told that we would be better off leaving the hotel for breakfast and should go to Starbucks. I gave the person at the desk a 20 pound gratuity for their trouble and was surprised when they rudely asked what that was for.
We headed to our room. The entry was clean as were the lifts. Our room however resembled a well worn college dormitory. Scuffs on the walls, stains on the sofa, dirty carpeting in the bedroom and all the furniture was dented , scratched and in disrepair.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows felt like bags of old concrete mix that had partially hardened. When asked if we could get other pillows we were told they are all the same and there are more in the closet. The room had air conditioning, but the filters were filthy and furry. The bathroom was clean , nice towels and good water pressure, but hot water it seems was rationed. After one of us showered there was little hot water left for the next shower.
Housekeeping were friendly and did their best, but there is only so much one can do when a property has not been looked after.
We would have left after seeing the room but had prepaid for the entire two week stay.
I feel as though the photos did not depict the property accurately and are misleading. I will not be staying any of their properties in the future.

This is my second stay at Fraser Suites, the first being a longer stay as transit accommodation for relocation. As always the service was excellent. Due to safety and health guidelines my son and I self-isolated on arrival and every request was handled promptly and efficiently. We felt well taken care of and very much at home. Kudos to the staff.
Now I do have to mention this and encourage those at the management level to take this opportunity to push for approval for refurbishment as the rooms do need refreshing. It’s been comfortable but can now be improved. I would have to mention replacing mattresses and don’t worry if the washing machine doesn’t dry, it’s simply a safety measure and just ask maintenance to reset it. Alternatively there is a launderette in the basement for guests.
The rooms are otherwise well equipped.
I look forward to the above being taken care of and will consider returning once that’s done.

My daughter and I just returned from a two week stay here. I would recommend this hotel. The room, with tall ceilings and lovely molding, was larger than we expected. The decor was up to date and the kitchenette was so functional and well stocked. There is a Waitress and a Tesco nearby to stock up on food. We ate breakfast each morning so we could get an early start. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The location is excellent and very close to Glouster Road Tube Station. The housekeeping service was excellent and came every two days to restock room. We could have used a little more draw space. Maybe in the future, when you need new bedside tables, find ones with drawers as there is enough space for bigger bedside table. Closet space to hang things was good.
The beds were okay. I have had worse in Europe (I hate those hard platforms with a thin mattress, where there is no "give" and you hardly sleep and wake up with sore back and hips!! The best North American pillow top mattresses we found in Europe were at 2 hotels in Belgium) The pillows, here at this hotel, were awful. You had a choice of flat, hard and very lumpy or firm, very high pillows where your neck was at an odd angle. So it would be a huge improvement if the pillows were better. I did not sleep well because of the bad pillows.
Also the air-conditioning could be improved. It was mostly 30 to 32 in London for most of our trip. We noticed that every night but one night, the air-conditioning shut off so I would awake sweating and had to turn it on again.
The only other thing, which we requested twice in emails to the hotel before our trip (that were NEVER answered ), was to have a tub/shower combo in our room. When we checked in, I asked if we had a tub and the woman looked at her screen like she was reading Egyptian hieroglyphics and said she did not know if room had tub!! We had the shower. I missed a tub bath after a long day of touring the city. So, I feel that communication with some of the staff could be better. I have always had a hotel in Europe and even in other parts of the world, send me a welcome email and respond to any requests. Most of staff on desk were helpful, but some were not.
All in all, I would recommend this hotel.
